I just went to the Tim Hortons in Milford and I tried a door, sign says use other door and so I walked around the corner in the direction the sign pointed. The door there has the same sign, use other door and arrow pointing in the same direction so I continue walking around the building. The drive thru is there and a young woman pokes her head out and I ask wheres the door. She points to the door I just passed and says use the other side of the double doors. So I start walking back and I hear her howling with laughter. No ones in the place and as I head to the bathroom, I can still hear her laughing and now shes telling everyone in the kitchen so loudly I can actually hear her from the bathroom. Well that was it. I stormed outta the bathroom and I asked for the manager (no manager, just a "supervisor" who had been there the whole time and apparently saw nothin wrong before Iapproached her) and ripped the her a new one. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude and offensive! I couldnt believe it! There is no way Im ever going there again. Truly unbelievable!! Grumble grumble grumble....

Because I walked through the door nobody line this lady comes in behind me she has three little kids a matter of fact she parked right beside me so I go in Im looking at the donuts waiting by the register and the lady comes in behind me and the girl walk straight up to her can I help you maam Im like Im here first but I didnt want to be rude and go ahead and let her place her order the girl that took my order first its okay its Sunday Im not in the mood for no drama no problem its just coffee just saying still love the coffee though

It looks like its been bombed. The drive through menu board all the menu has fallen down and just resting in the bottom. Though maybe they didnt know and they would fix it. Came back two weeks later... still broken. Nothing is maintained its just ugh. Donut wise... they have good donuts. If you can get past the visual

Terrible customer service and my coffee was called sons of bitches dont know how to serve their customers for their life and the workers were incredibly rude I would not suggest going here at all go to a gas station and get coffee they will probably be nicer to you

I love this Tim Hortons... I most not be the only one, they are swampt every time I go in. They have great customer service and even though they always run out of stuff due to the fact that they are constantly busy I wouldnt go anywhere else.

hellooooooo! everytime I visit this establishment I order the chicken sandwich and lo and behold you are out of chicken. do you think you can have enough on hand to accommodate the public ? The reason you are there.

This place is a joke! Came in no eggs, order something else, out of that too. Ordered something else and the machine is broke. Im surprised the front door didnt fall off the hinge on my way out. Go somewhere else.
