Aside from our waitress having a poor attitude the restaurant was wonderful. They made sure our glasses were filled with coffee water or soda at all times the food came out extremely quickly and you could tell that it was a family-owned business and both of the owners were very polite and attentive great food portions at a great price.. we had a error with one of the place of food but it was taken care of quickly and the replacement plate came out fast and fresh thank you very much Sincerely, Chef Bell

Lightly breaded/battered deep fried walleye was excellent. Crisp on outside & succulent inside. Coleslaw, baked potato & corn were very good. Service was fast, accurate and friendly. Reasonable prices. Oh, just an attention to detail - four different flavor jelly packets are on table. A bread/cracker/butter basket is brought to table. Will defiantly make the trip from Livonia again!

The staff is always friendly and the food is of good diner quality. I have seen some patrons treating the staff rudely, but they continue to try to be positive towards them and serve them with a smile. I am surprised to see the one review that states they were rude. Maybe they were one of the rude patrons.

Great family restaurant for casual family dining. Staff is friendly and treats you like you belong, in subtle ways such as remembering your order from a previous visit and asking if youd like the same. Or, as simple as remembering your name after asking for it.

The food is ALWAYS good...service warm and friendly. Hug Vessie the owner when she greets you....everyday specials make this a great choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Many meals come with dessert. ..yeah!!!!! Ask for Dawn...shes the bomb

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! $2 breakfast during the week before 11am..cant beat it! I only eat breakfast here, but iv never had a bad experience. I eat there about 3-4 days a week. The value is what keeps driving me back there.

Inexpensive diner with the best "on their toes "waitresses". I usually take my mom for an early breakfast every now and then and we usually spend no more than $10. About $6.50 on food and then rest we leave to tip.
