I have been waiting to come here for about a year or so. This place seemed promising because of the generally rave reviews. So what went wrong? 1.) Waitress said she charged 30.00 on a visa gift card we had and gave us a reciept showing only the 30.00 was charged however when we went to use the last 8 remaining dollars only 4 was left because called in the visa and she actually charged 36 dollars, not 30.00. That is my biggest grievance. 2.) I ordered a custom omelet and was supposed to recieve rosemary potatoes and toast. Didnt even get offered the toast and the potatoes were just fried nonsense. The omelet was also bland with very little fillings..seeing as I paid extra for additional veggies that was a no go. Also just realized I was supposed to get avocado too and I paid for something I didnt recieve. 3.) The french toast was supposed to be stuffed french toast with berries, compote, and cream cheese filling instead I recieved 4 sad pieces of lukewarm generic french toast with a drizzle of cream cheese and a drizzle of berry compote. 4.) My wifes club turkey sandwhich was missing sauce that was supposed to come on it and instead had a plain turkey and bacon sandwhich for $9.00 5.) Overall this place had poor service and poor food. I think the only reason they do so well is because they have mimosas and cocktails which people binge on insteadof tasting the food

My girlfriends and I had dinner and drinks here a few weeks ago. I liked the atmosphere and the waitress was super friendly. The cheese and meat sampler was not pleasing to the eye. Looked like choped up meat with kitchen shears. The cheese selection was not very good either. Maybe a non aged cheddar some gouda which said it was but was not. It was served with huge piece of some type of bread. A small crostini or flatbread would have been more appealing. I was not impressed with the dressing on the salad, it was a cream based not a vinegrette. Our guacamole looked a bit old and our chips were soaked in grease. The wine was small selection but it was available. Then some guy probably a manger of some type asked us how things were..of course i didnt complain because everything was a tad off. Plus He was like ok you guys would tell me right?! Lol seriously we were not about to complain about each thing. Will try them again because its in our downtown. Im sure it supposed to be more of a breakfast place but since it served dinner thats my experience.

Will not go back again, loved the place when it was under previous ownership. Went to dinner, my husband ordered 6 oz. teriyaki flank steak. It looked like a piece of shoe leather and had no taste. Plus a piece of bone got stuck in between his teeth! It was $14! I ordered 12 oz. rib eye, medium well, supposed to be with herb butter, with asparagus and smashed potatoes. Arrived with broccoli, steak not cooked, red juices all over the plate. Waitress took it right back. Steak came back out, was the same plate that had been taken back before. Steak was cooked but now the plate had asparagus, with no seasoning whatsoever. Not even the herb butter. Smashed potatoes were good, for a few bites. Again, it was the same plate so they werent hot. Most of the steak was fat. I know the rib eye is a fatty steak but this was unbelievable. My meal was $24! No salad, no bread, nothing. We both had to eat again when we went home. Food not worth it. Wait staff was very nice.

When I first started going here I liked the food and the service. However, the last couple of times have been a disappointment. Today we went there for breakfast and even though there were very few customers the service was extremely slow. My English muffin was brought without butter so I asked for some but it took a very long time just to get butter so I got up and went to get it. The waitress said oh I was just bringing it, it seems I interupted her conversation with the kitchen staff. My friends potatoes that came with her omelette were burnt, they are usually very good but not this time. I had taken friends there last week for lunch and service was really slow then as well. It appeared that the waitstaff likes to chit chat too much with each other. Im kind of bummed as this is a good location and the initial experience was good but there is too much competition for them to start slacking off. Dont think I will go back.

Went there today for the first time. Got a steak omelette, subpar quality. Half of the steak was all fat, I was disappointed. The rosemary potatoes were the greasiest potatoes i have ever tasted. And it wasnt just me the other 6 people I was with said the same thing. Also ordered the Nutella Crepes. Crepes tasted great, but no Nutella in them. Basically a folded crepe with strawberries on top and a little drizzle of Nutella, nothing in the middle. Weirdest thing ever. The Bloody Mary I had was delicious and everyone seemed to enjoy the mimosas. Because of that Ill give them a C+, wont be going back. Nothing special, if I wasnt so hungover I wouldve complained to a manager. Spend $60 with tip between two people, over 180 for our table. We all felt the same way. Sorry just being honest

My husband and I went here for breakfast one day- it was delightful. A little on the pricey side- wait was a little long, but I would definitely go again. :) Update: We went again and waited almost 15 minutes to be seated and almost half an hour longer for our waitress to clear the table next to us and not even ask our drink orders or give us water. Needless to say- we left. We will probably not go back again. If youre restaurant is busy and the initial wait is long so be it we know that upfront and can choose to leave or stay. But if you seat customers and then leave them hanging that is called poor service- and food that tastes decent (but is also overpriced) doesnt make up for being treated poorly.

Bar tender and server were nice but food was awful. Food was served cold and dried out as if it sat for a long time before bringing it out. I asked them to heat it in the microwave or something and they remade it. Hot the second time but missing the lobster pieces and was just not good at all. Today Im sick! My friends Ahi tuna was overcooked and not great either. My daughter and her friends when for brunch in July and had a terrible experience. It took 90 minutes to get their food after waiting 60 minutes for a table. To make matters worse, food was cold and tastless. I thought perhaps it was just an off day so I decided to try it. Big mistake.

Food was good! Omelets were a bit greasy, but the flavor was on point. I tried both the Goat Cheese and the Pork Belly Omelet which both had great flavor. Both came with rosemary potatos, which were really key. Get the potatoes. Jacob (the owner) acknowledge the issue and said he was dialing it in. I felt assured that it would improve. The French Toast was extremely balanced. Not too sweet, not too egg-y. Service was up to par. Little rough, but for being open less than a week they will work it out. Very polite. Will be coming back when they transition into a full opening. I would recommend to a friend.
