I would give zero stars if I could! Ive been going to this Burger King for the last 6 years and it used to be amazing (as much as fast food can) but within the last 6 months or so its gone downhill FAST. Terrible service and disgusting food. The last 3 times Ive gotten the onion rings they were literally hard as rocks and drenched in salt (So gross I threw them away.) Maybe someone thinks if you cover the bad food with a ton of salt nobody will notice its over microwaved, hard and old? The hamburger buns have been stale and hard the last few times and the meat cold. Really? Yes seriously, cold. Who opens up their food in a drive-thru to check the temperature of the food? You should if you go through this one. The fries are hit or miss and they never fill up the containers correctly. Ill get a small and a large yet each container has the same amount of food. Why did I just pay more for this, I wonder. Maybe they hired some new employees and forgot to train? I keep giving this resturant a chance to redeem themselves but theyve failed for the last 6 months. Each visit is a disappointment where I realize a bowl of cold cereal would have been a better dinner choice.

It has been a very long time since I had been in this burger king because of the rude people that were working there they were not only rude to me but my 70 year old mother so I had decided that it would be a long time before I went back and tonight my kid wanted Wendys but they closed the inside early and the drive thru line was way to long to wait so I called and asked where else he the said burger king and to tell you it was the best experience i have ever had they were all very helpful and friendly I will be back all because you now have a great night staff oh and the food was made the right way it was also very clean Your customer coming back

Get this this idiocy, you get 2 sauces with a 10 piece nugget but if you order four 10 piece nuggets you only get 6 sauces. Plus theyll charge you for extra sauces and not give them to you. Every time I go here something is screwed up. Its one thing after another, theyll give you fries when you order onion rings, theyll give you the wrong sauces or the not proper amount you ask for (or again PAY FOR) or its just flat out cold. Theres 1 woman that works there that has her stuff together, thats the Asian lady. Besides that theyre dopey. If you see this Burger King, find the nearest Wendys.

My family eats here, or gets take out every other week. I can think of only one time where we picked up our food, got home, and realized we were missing food... a whole meal actually-- but my mom was greatful at least they didnt charge us for it. Any other situation was just dandy. Their dining room is almost always clean and full of smells straight from the grill. The restrooms are adequate. The children here always seemed kind of bored, and many of us wish there were a picnic tables or something outside on a nice day. I have never trusted fast food breakfast so I cannot rate on that.

After waiting 10 minutes in the "Pull-Up" spot in drive through I told them I didnt want to leave the window without my food. They assured they had it under control this time. They delivered the food after only 9 minutes, great job. If I count the walk back in for the missing burrito and ALL of the drinks the time goes up to 11 minutes and my anger meter was also an 11. The food was all made well, so 2 instead of 1.

This is the best Burger King Ive ever been to. Yes, its still fast food, but the atmosphere makes all the difference. Every time I have been there, the staff actually seems like they are having a good time. They are quirky and fun, making jokes and building relationships with their customers. The food is as good as fast food can be, but the experience is what makes the difference.

Sat in line forever only to receive the totally wrong order. I received $3 worth of food when I ordered almost $7 (of course, no receipt). The only thing that was correct on my order was the pop. Went there on my lunch break so I couldnt go back. Had to eat what I was given (Whopper Jr.) and the tomato and lettuce had definitely seen better days. No more BK for me :(

Went there for breakfast and there was one guy doing all the work and three women including the manager at the time standing there talking about what they did last night...took a over ten min to get my whopping one order when no one was even in the place???? Bk please pull your name off this building and save your reputation!!!! Where is the no star button

I went around 1pm today. They werent busy at all! I ordered a number 13 which is the chicken fries meal, just original chicken fries. I drove all the way home and found out I was not given a straw and the original chicken fries were the jalapeño kind. I threw it away.

Got there 7 minutes before they close, wouldnt take my order and pretended to not know I was there, at the drive thru and even when I went to the window to ask why they were closed. ,i could understand if it was 5, but it was 7. Ruined my night.,

I just ate there for the first time since 2006 and now i know why i initially stopped, and got turned off from burger king altogether. If you value your intestines at all, pass this nasty place up.

Hit or miss. Food is thrown together sloppily at times and drive through takes too long sometimes. Ive had to leave the line more than once before because it took too long during my lunch break.

Should not have stopped here but needed a quick meal on way to soccer game from work. $9.00 for a meal because I upgraded to an iced coffee instead of a soda. Overpriced for fast food.
