Great Starbucks with a large exterior patio w/ seating and a fairly large amount of indoor seating. But its another Starbucks that can be scary to get in and out of. Whoever designed the parking lot clearly didnt understand what they were doing. Its on a very busy 50mph road and has the traditional one way loop (entrance to exit). The lane on the entrance side can barely fit two cars side by side but still has parking spaces on both sides of it. So people going through the drive-through end up driving down the middle, which blocks anyone who is trying to park. That would just be a minor inconvenience if it didnt cause the real problems to occur. When the drive through line is long (or if someone pulls out of a parking spot near the entrance) you will find yourself stopped in the middle of the extremely busy 50mph road. Its an accident waiting to happen.

I ordered a Flat White and Spinach and Feta Wrap. First off, expresso should be HOT not warm with foam taking up 2" of the cup. Secondly, the wrap was stale on the edges and the sauce was so over powering you couldnt taste anything else...not even the feta! If youre going to charge $4 for a tiny sandwich and offer breakfast until 10 it should be made to order and not leftover junk. Service is still slow and this is the 3rd or 4th time Ive tried this location. With the other Starbucks a couple blocks over on Dixie Ill gladly go there for better service and items that are made correctly. Good luck, you guys need it!

The staff so far have been funny and helpful. Had a problem with a credit card and they just hooked it up. Couldnt believe how nice that was. A+ coffee too. Keep up good work. Update went again and informed of a small issue with a cup of coffee they gave me a free coffee and apoligized. Unbelievable customer service keep up the great job. 2nd update mochas seemed to have lost there taste and price went up not happy at all.

Extremely slow. I mean 30 minutes in drive-thru slow. The staff is really nasty and uncharacteristic of the people you are used to at Starbucks. Sarcastic, and snappy when you ask questions about new items. Ive been three times, but I have decided to go back to the Dixie Higheay location.

I feel my reviews on starbucks can vary. This location can surpass expectaions. It is very welcoming and comforting, even in the morning rush. Also they have reserve coffees, which only select store have. Thank you for the great experience especially on my birthday.

A great sized Starbucks with a lot of room. There are outlets throughout this location so working on a laptop here is perfect. The staff is always friendly and the environment is great.

I usually only use the drive-thru. There are times when it is backed out and other times when its empty. The baristas at the window seem to get everyone through as quick as they can.
