Starbucks always has wonderful coffee. I have been coming to this location for a long time. They have a new employee that is very nice and smiles all the time. She is a breath of fresh air to this location. Unfortunately, today was a disappointment. I heard this employee shout out an order so someone could make it. She said please and thank you. The manager barges in and openly screams at this employee saying she was being rude. First, you NEVER scold an employee in front of customers and staff. Second, she did NOTHING wrong. I manage a McDonalds and it is against company policy to do this. She said please and thank you. Thats all that is needed. She was NOT rude. She deserves an apology as well as her manager (who is new to this location) needs to take some training classes in management!! Very disappointed.

As a Starbucks employee myself I am not happy with the service and treatment I got, first the lady looked like she was just not happy to be there. Then she took my order wrong, my daughter asked for a chocolate chip cookie dough cake pop which we asked for and she handed is birthday cake, and the proceeded to get loud about how we didnt know what we were talking about and I was wrong, will never go back again and will be contacting my DM and see what he has to say about this, we are not suppose to act like that towards ours guests even if I was in the wrong, maybe instead of bitching about work and how you hope the wind does blow the power out you should be actually working or if you dont like your job GO FIND A NEW ONE

Given the shotty layout for the employees to work with, the age of the building, the constant short staffing, relentless rude customers which make up 50% of the everyday clientele and cause the employees severe stress, anxiety and depression... I would have to say... this Starbucks is THE GREATEST STARBUCKS OF ALL TIME!

This is one of the better locations in the region. Likely to see a Whos Who of wealthy residents from around the immediate area. One improvement might be to somehow encourage people to wait for their drinks without blocking the path to the restrooms, but its a bit of a tight space compared to a lot of other locations.

I went here only to realize the building is one and the same with a damn Planned Parenthood of all things. I find this extremely distasteful and a horrible business decision. I REALLY do not find it a comfortable atmosphere knowing what is going on just several feet away from me. Service was average

Small location for coffee. The selection is interesting. Wide varieties of drinks, both hot and cold but most of them are sugary. Its usually busy with space for small meetings. But its very loud, including the music. If you need a quick burst of caffeine itll get the job done.

The filthiest Starbucks Ive been in..food and particles of paper scattered the floor. It looked as though mice were chewing among the pasteries...not appealing. Service was slow...although employees were nice.

We visited this Starbucks store several times and have never been disappointed. Staff are always pleasant, service is efficient, store is clean and the atmosphere is nice " Starbucks atmosphere"

Just ordered a macchiato. Accidentally forgot to say iced, the guy made me one. Very quick service, super nice. Absolutely amazing. Great study spot butcan get kinda crowded. 10/10 overall.
