I stopped here one day on my way home from work and one of the women working behind the counter was above and beyond friendly she waited patiently as I took forever to look at the menu to decide which coffee drink I wanted and food I was going to try she explained each drink to me what was in it and how she thought it tasted what she thought I would like she was not rude at all I wish there were more people like her.

I never know what to expect from this place. Some of the staff is super kind, I saw someone else mentioned Kim, and she is fantastic! Some of the other staff however is not so nice and Ive had a couple who are just down right rude. I order the same thing every time and yet I feel like the coffee I get tastes different almost every time.

After a very long day I stopped to get my favorite Chai latte...NOT!!! The tea I got was NOTHING like I ordered!!! The girl at the register only got 1 thing right but then the girl who made it got that 1 thing wrong!! Very frustrating because at over 4bucks a piece you should be able to go in and get what you order!!!

For the last 3 years Ive often called this place "home away from home", and I can honestly say I was never disappointed. The friendlist staff youll ever find anywhere without exception. Extremely efficient, friendly, courteous, and proffessional. I simply cant say enough, way to go and thank you.

I grew up in Lake Orion and have since lived in 5 other states. I am convinced that this Starbucks in literally the best I have ever been to. The service is out of this world and they always seem to make my drink taste ten times better than any other Starbucks.

Had 2 drinks on my order (inside). Wait over 5 minutes for the first one and then they do 3 other drinks (including a person who came in and ordered inside a couple of minutes behind me) before they made the second drink. How do they not get made back to back?

A little drafty, and can be slow during peak hours. Lots of teenagers from Lake Orion, so not a great place to do work, but staff is great and coffee is good. Theyll put your coffee in a ceramic cup if you ask.
