This place started out good, 2 yes ago when it opened. Owner Jay was involved and his employees were on point. Last year or so not the case. Never any sugar when I ask for 3 cream and 4 sugars. I consistently end up with no sugar n seems like 50 creams... waste of 2 dollar coffee... Accountability is something that was never an issue when Id have issue prior, guess feedback to owner and staff is worthless hence this review. They suck, save your money. Or Tim Hortons 4 miles away on telegraph is the way to go. Proper and made to ORDER every time. Its just not the one at the corner of my street, 4 mile drive in my future for coffee from now on... 1 star cause I couldnt rate 0... Terrible... Agree, save your money or use Redford location off 5 mile & telegraph...

RUDE & HORRIBLE SERVICE! On Wednesday morning I purchased a large iced coffee for $2.12 with tax. On Thursday I went with my money in hand and was told $2.69. So of course I am going to question it. This extremely rude young girl says thats the price and slams the drive thru window in my face! Wow, I tried to get her to come back but she refused so I couldnt get her name. Will NEVER go there again! I am used to top notch service at my regular Tim Hortons in New Hudson so I guess I expected to receive the same service everywhere else.

Just wanted to get away for a bit... the staff was engaging and fun. Got a coffee and sandwich and curled up by the fireplace. Very fun music played, right up my alley. Observed great engagements with other customers too. They got my random movie quotes and references, played along, and were altogether delightful. Seems like everyone enjoys the job and each other. Not the fastest but the most fun Timmy Hos Ive been to in a while.

Meh, its just a regular Tim Hortons in Redford. Nothing special. Its not bad either, but it could definitely use a lot of improvement in terms of service and wait time. I ordered a plain sausage biscuit with a blueberry donut. The young man who prepared my order got it wrong. Three times. And again, the wait times are ridiculous sometimes. But like I said, its a Tim Hortons in Redford.

I love this entire staff! I rate all other Timmy Hos with this one as the standard. They know my voice from the drive-thru window and if there is someone new I have even heard them in in back say things like...she likes it like this, or ask if her dogs are with her. I always know I get with friendly, effective, and quick service here.

The store is very nice and clean inside however, the side door is an exit only which doesnt seem to make much sense to me because its only natural to walk up to only door you see after parking then walking up to the building. And, one of the male cashiers has very very dirty finger nails, but I dont think he makes the sandwiches.

I Went in there for a job interview told them I had experience and didnt need training I should of known I didnt get the job when there was a young white boy with no experience come in cause he working the next week and apparently they not hiring any more people so they only hire by looks instead of experience

My food was cold, my coffee wasnt hot, and i asked for jelly with my sandwhich and never got it. Then when we pulled back up we were told it was gonna cost for jelly i never received. Ive never been to a tim horton like this, i most definitely wont go back to this one tho

The worst Tim Hortons I have even been to. If you was smart, you would not spend your money there. They serve old food, they do not clean anything (lobby is always dirty), and the costumer service is bad. I would rather eat McDonalds then that trash. STAY AWAY!!!

Come here often to study. Great food drinks and service. Would of been five stars due to music choice being played when dinning in. Hardcore rap is not quite fitting for a relaxing coffee shop setting.
