It appears that I am not the only person who has had a bad experience at this Tim Hortons. On October 21st, I went to this location to get a coffee, bagel, and some Timbits. The drive-thru line was quite long, so I decided to go inside. When I went in, I was up next in line already. I waited to be greeted for about a minute. When I was greeted, it was very unenthusiastic. During that time, I looked around and noticed the BoH area was filthy (trays/pans laying around, trash on the floor, etc.). The employees were slowly moving around (almost moping?) when there was a line around the building. The restaurant seemed to lack leadership. I am not sure what seems to be wrong with Tim Hortons in America, but they need to get it together. None of them compare to any Tim Hortons in Canada. I will avoid this Tim Hortons location from now on.

First, the customer service was extremely poor. The cashier opened the window told me my total and took my card. I greeted her with a hello, no response. Then hands me my card and my 3 items separately, not in a bag. Didnt say thank you for coming, have a nice day, nothing....I had to get her attention to ask for the jelly I asked for at the intercom and she acted as if she was irritated I asked! I understand people have rough days but lack of customer service is not acceptable in food service and then to had insult to injury, the sandwich was cold and the coffee had no sugar. Tim Hortons mgmt please screen your employees before hiring. If you cant smile and say hi at least, you dont need a job!

Ghetto Tims. The worst customer service and food preparation ever. The employees there have no idea what they are doing they cant even make a cup of coffee correctly. I was in there one time and the person helping me had food service gloves on and took my cash for my order then started making my sandwich with the same gloves on not to mention he had ketchup inside of his gloves because he said that he burned himself and ketchup helps with Burns. I notified the manager and owner to make a complaint and I will never return there again this place is disgusting the same person that gave me bad customer service asked me for a cigarette in the Drive-Thru a few weeks before. Unbelievable

I have been to this location 5 times now at different times of the day and they just cant seem to get a simple coffee order correct, medium hazelnut coffee with 2 creams, 2 sugars. Today I got 3 creams, 1 sugar, no hazelnut even after I reminded the cashier. It is frustrating. Done!!

Food and customer service is good. The driveway delivery is very very slow. Ive been at that location multiple times and my average wait time is over 10 min. I will continue to come (since its on my way to practice) and will change my feedback once I see improvement.

People are nice but Im rating the business In what world should a tea which is probably made from water nearing 200 degrees manageable with a flimsy cup and a sleeve. What do you call a cafe with no wifi that cant afford double cupping? Hopefully out of business soon

Breakfast sandwich was cold. We went through the drive thru. Employee didnt greet us only said "$9.37" when we pulled up to the window. No smile, no have a nice day, no good morning. I will not go here again, I will go to Boskos down the street.

I absolutely love the staff here! Theres one gentleman in particular who always makes me laugh. The food and drinks are the Tim Hortons classics, served as ordered. Never had a problem with any order, service is usually in a timely manner.

Me and my dad received terrible customer service, an employee barking at us that if we want sleeves for our coffee that we need to ask at the ordering screen. He then barked at us to move because he was on a timer, how rude.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while they made two drinks for the car in front of me. When I finally got to the window, my drink had cooled off considerably and none of the employees even gave a token apology for the wait.

Just got back to work and opened my toasted bagel with vegetable cream cheese and im utterly disappointed. Its so burnt its charred and there is barely any cream cheese. Its not even edible its so burnt.
