This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I feel like I am a great judge to say this because I have been going to Tim Hortons for about four years now and only at this location am I always unsatisfied it doesnt matter what I order whether its food coffee its always bad they never even give me a sleeve when I get coffee.... but I dont need one because I order dark roast coffee, never does it taste like dark roast and its always very cold. I will never waste my money here ever again! One more thing they dont have half the things you ask for on the menu which I find very annoying when I am looking forward to eating something they never have it.

This particular Tim Hortons is terrible. Their breakfast sandwiches have burnt eggs, hard biscuits, and sausage patties so old they should have social security numbers. Ive enjoyed Tim Hortons breakfast at numerous locations around town, and Ive never seen one so poorly run as this. Wait times are a bit long, even during slow times. Note - Ive visited many Tim Hortons locations across Metro Detroit, and most are very clean, staffed by fast and polite employees, and serve excellent food. Skip this location, there are better locations nearby.

Its almost 1030 on a Monday night and the service was excellent! But the food was perfect.... I always get a whopper Jr ,no tomatoes, extra pickles ..... when I opened my sandwich up to see if it was right I was pleasantly surprised . It was like I was eatting a burger right out of a commercial. I was so shocked and satisfied that I decided I would give this review of my experience. Great job Burger King.... still cant believe its a Monday night at 1030 an day food was so perfect

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!! This is the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever been too, it is awful inside. The workers are very lazy and cant seem to do anything right, I gave them chances and every time I stopped there they messed something up. Even tried to go inside and order the last time I was there, it was a mess inside and that finalized my decision to never visit this one again on top of messing up my order every other time before that one.

Terrible customer service one of the supervisor the one with the green eyes her name is Sally I think Im not sure shes really rude she has no respect, and I saw that she was yelling at one of the workers for no reason! I honestly think that they needs new supervisor there and they need to know what customer service is and how well they should treat customers!! I strongly think that the manger should look forward for new staff!! L

Everytime I come here the food is terrible and cold. Got the greek yogurt the other day and it tasted so bad like garlic I had to throw it away. The doughnuts taste as if they were made days in advance, old and stale. Hard biscuits and horrible service, if youre in a rush forget about it. If you can, go to a different one. This location needs to hire people that actually care about their job.

Coffee is good, but the last two times Ive gone here Ive ordered food and theyve messed up my order both times. First time I ordered a bagel b.e.l.t. and I had to go back inside because they forgot the egg, and today I got a steak and egg biscuit thing and they forgot the damn steak. Make sure you check your order before you leave the drive through, or just dont wast your money on the food.

Rude staff. Just went there after work and the lady working should not be in customer service. I politely asked her to replace my iced tea because she put sugar instead of splenda in it, and she flipped on me. She also got the persons order wrong in front of me, so she may have been taking frustration out on me. Still, totally unprofessional. Please hire more competent workers.

Bought 2 dozen donuts in the afternoon 3pm. Got home and that evening the donuts were old and hard. Nasty . by morning they were hard as rocks. Called and complained and they asked if i had a reciept. Said you never gave me one. How do i know you bought them at our store? I was on my way home from the car wash on mound rd. Duh. Never go back.

I used to come almost DAILY. But Ive completely stoped due to cowed are always there for hours with loud conversation. I really hope the owner read this and DO something about the corner groups that comes everyday and puts 4/5 tables together & sit for 4/5 hours for just non sense.

I went to drive-thru and the person who took my order was did not allowed to finish my order. My vehicle was the only vehicle at drive. I was there to pay for my food not to ask for free food. Stay away from this location. Go to the one on 15 and van dyke or 17 and van dyke.

They were out of all 3 things I ordered, and my chicken was hard and burned. Service was impersonal and rushed. I was not happy with this experience, however I was extremely hungry so I ate here anyway. The chicken wrap did fill me up enough, but I wont be returning.

Decent place to get wifi. This is a Tim Hortons cafe without booths. So dont plan to get comfy. Also, if youre planning to get some work done/study I wouldnt really recommend this location. Theres always a lot of people there and they are always so loud.

Went in at 1am and took 10 minutes for any one to approach the counter to do their job, then was told the do not serve any food until 4:30am.....so what is the point of being a 24/7 restaurant????
