There are two problems with this location. Well start with the small problem: they dont carry marshmallows at this Cold Stone location! The larger problem, however, encompasses a few issues. My husband has been trying to use a Cold Stone Creamery gift card there for months and they keep giving him the run-around. The gift card has a balance and has no issues from the perspective of Cold Stone Creamery (we talked to their customer service and checked the balance online), but this restaurant keeps saying that it doesnt have a balance and they refuse to fix THEIR issue. The customer service at this location is abysmal and we will never buy ice cream from them again.

Doughnuts are worth the stop everytime. Unfortunately there are some employees that make snide and annoyed comments if you "trouble" them (typical teenage attitude) with work. Have ordered a dozen doughnuts twice and they wanted tp make comments that they had to make more doughnuts now and were not exactly go-getters either when I walked in the door. The manager there may want to conduct a re-training on courtsesy and professionalism.

Staff didnt wash hand after using bathroom. Took 10 minutes to get an order in for coffee inside the store, when I was only one of two customers waiting with at least eight waitstaff behind the counter. When I asked about ordering, staff were rude and then ignored me for several more minutes while snickering and whispering to her coworker.

It is always a great visit and they are always nice and positive I have only got the wrong thing once or twice and the sitting room is clean... The bathrooms are okay and they have a good selection for everyone I think they could clean the bathrooms more often but other than that they are a great place to go in the morning.

Food is always really bad. have gotten tea with chunks of mystery food swirling around in it, and brkfast sandwiches with cartilage in them. They never make my drinks right. coffee always tastes like it was made 2 days ago. nice atmosphere though .. except for the pervasive smell of garbage.

They always have over a dozen people working in back or one person, there is no in between. Even if theres no wait, the food takes forever to get, even if you order something pre-made like a donut or muffin. At least it tastes good... but not good enough for 2 stars.

I posted one star for the one girl of six that was the only one working her butt off to serve several customers tonight around 8:40 pm .im not sure what the others were up to but they werent interested in customer service. The place neede a good cleaning also.

Nice and clean, just about what youd expect from a Tim Hortons / Coldstone combo store. No problems to note of other than LOTS of people come here to use the wifi which makes it run slow. Other than that, I cant think of anything negative at all about it.

Their customer service is the worst in town! Their help is always new, and they NEVER teach them how to be polite. Its skills their employees never had to begin with. Good and drink is always hit and miss. This is my final visit/ chance.

Wonderful service the food was perfect we had donuts. The bathrooms and the restaurant wasnt as clean as Ive seen but it wasnt filthy the trash cans are overflowing staff was very friendly. Would go back.

This Tim Hortons is the slowest around. They usually have 1 person running the front. Even if you use the drive thru, plan on being there for at least 15 min.
