The food and pastries are really great! In addition they had great options for coffee. They do a great Madcap Summer Solstice brewed and it is delicious! The Intelligentsia Black Cat espresso was bright and delightful! Sylvia the barista is the best ever. My wife and I love her. One of two of the cash register girls was friendly, the other one seemed annoyed with us. Oh well! The food is so good we looked right by it! Go now!

Since I was a small child I would walk to the Whistle Stop for baked goods and chicken salad. As an adult I find myself spending $25 now. Packaged Gluten free options for my mom and now a little wine seller. Only a couple people there know how to make a good latte and I cant remember who because theres always new people. Regardless I love the bakery selection and hope it never changes.

Great selection of stuff but typical over pricing for shelved goods in a place that knows you cant get the stuff elsewhere. Having said that, the in-house cold goods and homemade breads look wonderful! #CoffeeSnob I was going to order a latte but noticed they didnt clean the steam wand before and after each drink so I got a straight espresso instead, which was delicious.

The best place for, breakfast and lunch in the New Buffalo/Union Pier area! They have great coffee, sandwiches, deli food, and quite frankly the best pastries I have ever had. Not to mention a terrific beer and wine selection. Everything tastes fresh and homemade and the staff is friendly and attentive! Definitely a five-star kind of place! Highly recommend!

Cute store filled with gourmet treats. Its just down the street from our cottage so I picked up pastries and coffee (and a few random snacks that caught my eye) for breakfast. The latte was very close to perfection. The doughnut holes and apple fritters were so good it made me both happy and sad I dont have access to them everyday.

Grocery may be misleading... while they do have a very nice selection of wine and cold drinks, including organic options of dairy, theyre much more a bakery/ coffeehouse. Theres a cute outdoor sitting area, and what seemed a deli case with various salads, but no produce/ bread section of any kind.
