With so many Big Boy restaurants closing their doors, you would think the ones that are still open would at least try to be a place people want to patronize. We have been to some pretty sorry Big Boy restaurants in the last few years but this particular one takes the cake. We should have passed this place by when we saw we were 1 of only 2 cars in the parking lot. We made a trip to the salad bar only to discover the following: you had to pick through the stack of dishes to find a clean one, the lettuce was wilted and the dressings were all mislabeled. I returned to the table only to discover the cantaloupe I had gotten was rancid. The smell alone was enough was make you hurl. I didnt discover this until I actually bit into the fruit. We ordered strawberry shortcake for dessert. I counted no more than 2 whole berries sliced and placed around a rock hard biscuit. I informed management of these problems but noticed no corrective actions until she noticed me taking photos upon my departure. You would think that with so many employees and so few customers, they would have plenty of time to do things right.

We ordered the fish n chips take out, the only thing good about it was it was ready when I walked in. The fish and the fries were very overcooked, causing both to have no original taste. Both were very dark in color, not the typical fish n chips weve had at other Big Boys. The tartar sauce was quite runny & very salty. We were surprised as most Big Boy restaurants weve been to have the larger, light brown batter & the fries dont have the skins on them. Sorry to say, we will avoid this Big Boy restaurant.

Eh, long wait, decent food not a 4 star value though thats for sure and my stomach hurts now... I personally wouldnt recommend big boys anywhere anymore, but hey its not just me my whole family of 10 agrees!
