The website says they close at 11 and thr door says they close at 11. I arrived at 10 i was meeting my friends they were already thr. I walked in and the lady asked me how many or something and i responded i was with ppl and looking for them so she said ok go in. They had started to clean up the food and started closing down the resturant around 1015. When cleaning up they had gotten the floor wet put no caution signs up and my friend who was on crutches from a previous bike accident slipped thank god he caught himself and the lady had the balls to tell him to be more carful and that thr floors r wet at night. So she knew thr floors were wet and thinks ppl should know that and thr clean up proseedures she then said oh we close at 1030 we tell everyone that who come in. Uh no, no one told us u close at 1030 then she said we stop making food at 1030 and start cleaning up it takes 30min so they r completely done at 11 doors locked. Then she argued with my friend that he was fine and bc of that the situation was ok. They all were banging around cleaning up at 1030 whikee we were still thr eating and getting our plates. Just super rude and doesnt follow safty regulations.

Wow worst costumer service, EVER. Their website and their door says they close at 10pm mon-thurs. My husband and I got there at 8:50pm. At 9:25, our waitress asked us if we wanted more food while eating our dessert and then all of them started cleaning up and taking all the food AND desert to the back. After 5 more minutes of eating, our waitress kept coming to our table asking us over and over again "are you going to pay?", while we were STILL eating. We continued to eat our food while all the employees glared at us and gave dirty looks. When confronted again by our waitress, my husband said that their sign said they close at 10pm and that we werent finished eating. She then argued with us, saying they close at 9:30pm and took our plates. Their food is good, even though it was cold, but their customer service sucks! Probably because they dont have any. Not to mention their "owner" who responds to comments on here is a robot and is just going to respond with the same little paragraph he/she says to everyone. There is no way theyre "number one" in Bradenton. Will never be coming back. So rude and extremely unprofessional, just so they can go home 30 minutes early.

First I must tell you I really enjoy Chinese food ,and I know good from average . This is better than average and I have only found one Buffet Style I would give 5 stars to . The Crab Ragoons ,Lobster rolls, as well as most of the Chinese dishes are good . the Generals ts chicen was the best I ever had . Clean and not dried out (I also try to go when busy to keep it fresh) the Crab Ragoons are very good as well . real Ice Cream and some good deserts, this place does not wander into American foods for those peope who look for hotdogs for the kids.

Very nice selection of food for dinner. I did not do the crab legs so I dont know about them. Food was hot some was just warm but it was all delicious. The desert bar had lots of selections including ice cream. Also had a selection of sushi and raw seafood of which I am squeamish about so didnt try. Smaller salad section and also fruit. This is one of the better Asian buffets Ive been to and the price was reasonable as well. Id certainly suggest them if you are in the area and looking for a good Asian buffet.

Our party of 5 from Canada were doubtful about Panda because of the negative reviews. We took a chance and were amazed. Food was delicious, plentiful and adventurously prepared There was a lot of seafood and fresh fruit that we would never see up home. Empty plates were immediately removed. For $8.99 for lunch, it was a terrific bargain. Our only regret was that we couldnt try all of the interesting dishes, as we were too full. Cant understand why this place would get anything less than rave reviews.

So i went here the other day and I was very disappointed in my food . I got the buffet of course and they had an okay selection but some of my food was stale and dry but going to a buffet thats likely but you should replace your food keep it fresh , I had a chocolate small cake it was completely stale . My egg drop soup tasted nothing like how it normally should and was very light and if you eat they its normally a dark looking yellow . so I will not be returning I was not happy .

We were a party of 8 that lived some distance from each other and the Panda Buffet was our meeting place. We were done with our meal and having a nice time chatting and the waitress came up and asked us to LEAVE as they needed the tables! However when walking out, they had 4 empty tables and no one waiting at that time. Unbeleivable!! We have never had that happen before. Will not visit them again and dont know how they were rated as being the best!

Will never go back in there. Food was fine - but after picking up a plate to get more and seeing the cockroach run into the rest of the plates I kind of lost my appetite - as did my granddaughter and niece... I told the waiter why we were leaving so abruptly and they didnt even bother to go change out the plates for the other dinners. Disgusting. And I paid $23 to eat half a meal - no discount or compensation offered or given. STAY AWAY!

I came in and I was on crutches they started cleaning up early and there was water and oil splashed on the floor my crutch slipped out from underneath me and the manager came to me and told me to be more careful there was no wet floor sign and need up reopened my wound on my foot she told me I was ok and that she would take 10% off my bill after my girlfriend argued with her forever about safety if I could post a pic I would

Wish they had more selection but still worth its for 9.99. Also Id like to note that they ran out of General Taos Chicken around 25 minutes before closing. I asked an employee if there would be any more coming out. They said they would make some more. Too my surprise they actually made some fresh generals chicken for me and also brought it to my table on a plate. Thats customer service!

Very just barely average stereotypical buffet restaurant, the ice cream tasted like fabric softener and the banana pudding tasted like childrens bubble gum tooth paste. Most of it looks like its been sitting in the containers for awhile and service is relatively slow albeit friendly enough. If you know of a better one around go to that one otherwise chance the ability to stomach it.

My family and I came to Anna Maria Island for the day. After some fun in the sun, we looked around for some good food. We came upon Panda Buffet, what an amazing experience.... Great food, great selection, good service... All the meats were on point, my kids had enough food and their ice cream was yummy. Great place to dine in for some good Chinese food...
