Oh Dear Oh Dear.. If you are the owner of this Taco Bell and reading this, you really should visit your store more often and see what goes on there. 10 min waiting time to take order. 15 minute wait for order not to arrive. Then hurriedly made. Orders arrive cold and incomplete. Rotten smell by the soda fountain. Off shift staff sat at tables distracting workers. Asked to speak to the manager... told not available. I love TC and Long Johns but this place really needs a shake up.

There manager there Jesica is wonderful always so sweet makes sure nothing wrong with my order ..greets me every time such a friendly and real clean I never see a mess ever since they put that new manager that other manager they had yrs ago was horrible Im highly satisfied and recommend you eat @taco Bell in Palmetto FL. Horrible service, every single time I go my order is wrong and I have to literally argue with the manager about getting the food I paid for. They often close much earlier than posted times, last time I was there the lobby was closed 45 minuets before posted closing times.

Never eat here around 11:00pm the service is SLOW took 15mins just to serve 4 cars, waste of gas and money and the food is terrible soo dry n unfresh if you want taco bell go to the one on Cortez its the opposite of this so called restaurant this taco bell is GARBAGE!!!

Holy cow!!! Slow slow slow spent 30 mins in a drive through line of 3 cars. The worst part was that when I got to the window to pay for my food, the workers were standing around laughing and talking about there favorite music.
