Waited over 30min in line after ordering a meal , seperate sandwich, vanilla iced coffee. For one I couldnt get a seperate sandwich and cashier had to make it a meal, so after that my original meal I ordered first I didnt get and they were out of vanilla for the coffee so I got a soda, circled back around and told them I was missing a meal (big King meal) she gave me bag back and I went all the way home to find that my original bog King sandwich was still missing and I wasnt going back to wait 30+ more minutes in the drive thru to get it, probably the slowest fast food chain ever and I didnt even get what I originally went there to get!

I ordered 2-5 piece French toast sticks and got home 15 minutes away and there were no syrup . So I called the manager and the manager was very nice and said that she was going to put my name down on the manager log for next time I come in. So I came in a couple days later and a different manager was on duty and couldnt find it and refused to replace my food. I will never go there again. They lost business over two orders of 5 piece frenxh toast sticks! Ridiculous!

They are extremely slow. Especially in the morning when you need to get to work. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Iced Mocha Coffee and OMG it took them at least 10 minutes to make it. I was the only one in the line. Thats just plain ridiculous. It seems as if Burger King pays too low and the employees have no pride. I guess the paycheck isnt good enough for them to provide much needed customer service. Orders are usually accurate.

Drive thru sucks cashier i wish i got that older ladys name very rude check your food b4 u leave because if u come back saying that they forgot to put your fries they will say that they did put it in it will take a little minute before they can get you your stuff please try to avoid this headache better off going somewhere else McDonalds are China One right next to the two theyre not even 5 minutes away will save you the headache

I work here so I cant give the best review sometimes we get slammed and your wait can be longer then expected. .. but thats what happens when your under staffed. Most people like to say this job is only meant for highschool kids and drop outs. The job is much harder then you think. I strive to make your experience pleasant. I hope I at least do that when you visit! If something isnt right let us know

I just love this Burger King the customer service has always been great. Tonight I was ordering and the gentleman taking the order is always very friendly and offers great customer service always. Tonight I went to order and their A/C was broken and David at the drive thru window was dripping in sweat, yet maintained his smile and great customer service quality as always. Great job!

Im a little lost for words Ive been to many Burger Kings and usually they are recognized as a fast food restaurant however I just spent 30 minutes waiting in line at the drive-through with two cars in front of me. When I finally got to the .window they hadnt even started my food and there was a lady standing at the checkout doing absolutely nothing. Unbelievable

Took 20 minutes to get through line to order with only 3 people single orders in front of us. Cashier was very rude. Overcharged for kids meal based on advertised price. When we asked they did nothing but give excuses. Got additional bad attitude when I asked for extra sauce and they threaten to charge more. To top it all of the food tasted bad.

Took me 35 min almost to get through line dont ever go there on your lunch break, was almost late getting back with no time to eat. Glad i only went once the whole time ive been working here and will not be returning they werent even that busy.

15 minutes and Im still waiting at the drive thru. This is so unprofessional. If the car ahead of me has a long order, make them pull out of the drive thru like McDonalds does. Dont hold up the other 5 cars waiting.

Everytime we go here our burgers are smashed so we joke that the sandwich smasher works here. This is the worst Burger King. We are really surprised its still open with all the other options available right there.
