Unfortunately this was not a great experience. One of our favorite places, especially on beach days that this was another in a series of let downs in service and although the food tastes great, the service needs some retraining. Im not usually a complainer, but when you place an order, ask for something made a specific way, ask for it to be made and held in the freezer if your request cannot be met, communication is necessary. Our concrete custards were SO melted they were dripping down the servers legs before he handed them off. One of the items was made incorrectly the first AND second time. And of course the server was frustrated when we asked for it to be made correctly and complained they were melted. As much as I love the food and custard, this may be the last time we go to Sweetberries.

I am a custard snob and this was the most depressing ice cream shop ever. Their custard was runny and liquidy, made a huge mess and was not at all like how custard should be-creamy and thick. The chocolate milkshake had a powdery after taste like cheap nesquik, it was undrinkable. Also, they wouldnt serve me a sandwich at 830 pm on a Friday. Never going back.

Ice cream is quite good but you guys need to clean the patio as it is filthy and run down. I felt like I was at a Chicago metro station. Take a look at the filth on the door as you walk in and youll probably turn around. Please clean up so we can continue to keep coming!

Tremendous sandwich. You must have their black bean soup ..more like a chilli ... Always order it before looking at menu. Another must eat is dessert .. the concrete of the day. .. an ice cream custard so thick you can hold the cup upside down without spilling..

The staff is ridiculous they play instead of work use foul language where customers can clearly hear. Its dirty . Thereafter roaches flies and god only know what else. They employees look dirty and dont seem to know much about their job its all around disgusting.

Frozen custard is the best! Our family has been going to Sweet Berries for years. My favorite - Turtle Sundae!!! One negative post I read must be for another ice cream shop. Always have great service and have never thought the establishment was dirty, etc.

A great place to get ice cream and other frozen treats. Its like a family owned Cold Stone. There is a sit down dining area with Americana food. It really shines as a summer time treat with indoor and outdoor seating with a walk up window for quick ordering.

Food is prepared fresh and is quite tasty. The custard is to die for. Id rate 5 stars if they werent pushy on cash only. They take a card but you feel shamed for doing so. Refills on drinks would also go a long way for this establishment.

Delicious custard! However, being able to see the canned fruits for the Concretes and sundaes is quite disappointing. For the current price point, fresh fruit, not canned, would really take their concoctions to the next level.

Phenomenal desserts at this place the vanilla custard is out of this world add some reeses to it even better! they have a wide variety of shakes and custard stylings if youve never been her I highly recommend giving it a try!

We vacation at Anna Maria, and when we visit Bradenton, this is the place to come for frozen custard. I do not eat much sweets, but my kids love it even as their much older now, and it does taste great.
