This is literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Their drive thru takes forever and going inside to order takes even longer, but at least you get to listen to the workers yell back and forth about how much everything sucks. The food has not been right the three times I have been there and when I went online to take their survey I realized I couldnt even do that because the receipt they gave me had almost no clear words on it- apparently even changing receipt paper is too difficult for the employees at this location. I have tried to go with other people, use the drive thru and even go in to order my to-go order and yet this location continues to be incapable of making anything resembling "fast food". After todays experience I will be driving to the locations that are further away, at least they seem to have management abilities to keep their employees going and their customers a bit more happy. Dont bother with this location.

Not too happy with the way the serve the food, my meal look like it was thrown across the kitchen (and this is not the first time) the service is super slow Ive waited less time for my food in a real restaurant, the drive thru is mega narrow my F-150 struggle to pass by the person that took my order in the drive thru took like 5 minutes to get to the microphone and messed up my order I aaked for a combo #2 and i didnt got the hard taco in it after asking me to park because my combo #2 was gonna take 5 minute more. Ive been there probably 5 to 6 times and every time is something sorry if this mess up the good reviews but in reality this is one of the worst TACO BELL Ive been all the bad thing a side the staff is nice with the costumers but too slow need to improve the speed since is a FAST food restaurant!

I have been to this taco bell for about 7 years, never a problem, except maybe the parking lot layout (Used to be a 5 STAR review), well the last several times Ive gone there, which has always been the same time. Between 9:30 - 10:00, they have closed the dining room well before the 10 oclock closing time, very poor management skills to do this.. turn away good customers that choose not to use drive-thru. I will no longer go to this business.

I try to tell myself that this is the worst taco Bell in the area, but I foolishly give them another chance since its the closest. It always ends up taking over twenty minutes to get my 6$ order...I also always end up loathing my optimism... Never again... For real... Not worth the sass from the employees either.

Terrible Taco Bell! Go to a different one. They have horrible food and even worse service. They gave my wife the wrong order and when she went back to get the proper order they locked the door and told her shed have to wait through the drive-thru again. Shouldve went to del taco. Their food is 10xs better anyway.

Taco bell Employee was very unprofessional and rude. Why be in a job that requires customer service if you cant serve customers the right way. I asked the young lady at the window to read me my order and she just looked at me like "you dont know your order" this the last time I come to this taco bell

Absolute worst taco-bell I have ever been to. Order is never right. Everything is half empty. My steak and potato boss wrap was super lite. Also had Pico in it which it should not. They also did not give us straws for our drinks. I asked for the hot sauce and they gave me medium. Horrible experience.

Its worth driving out of your way to go to a different location. The staff is rude, they screw up your order, and they have no respect for their customers time. When I got here people had been waiting for an hour before they gave them the wrong food and refund the customers money.

The ingredients in my burrito were all bunched up. In every bite it was only one ingredient. Also the quesadilla was cut very strangely and I had to rip it with my hands. I was in the line at 4:00 for almost 20 minutes... not even rush hour. To top it all off, my drink was 60% ice.

Sitting in lobby eating well made meal. Lobby music is getto gangster rap with profanity and talk of killing ppl. Very inappropriate and load. I think the employees run this place. Inside was clean and well keep. Mix feeling about this store.

The food and customer service here was exceptional!! I havent had good taco Bell since I stayed in Lincoln park! I will done here again. It wouldve been five stars but if you dine in youll have a difficult time getting out the parking lot.

I came in at 2:35am on July 7th and waited For 20 minutes however no employee would take our order. I saw the two employees in the back room ignoring us and shortly after I arrived a line formed so multiple customers were ignored.

This place is disgusting, they messed our order up, not one but two DIFFERENT TIMES! The food is always gross, some of my tacos were wet and I mean wet as in dumped in a bucket of mop water wet. Do not go here!
