the store truly need some help it was just disgustingly filthy no one had no direction of what was going on that worked there but one young lady who was making burgers on the fry side that came out from behind the kitchen area to help at the counter to help with questions and Exedra I applaud her she seemed to have been the only person working that had any respect for her job managers in and out of their office no money in the register just absolutely terrible sit down to eat and was entertained by the ants running down the window ledge just having a ball I would have hated to have to use the restroom because Im sure I would have just thrown up I am a concerned neighborhood customer that has tried and tried again to stomach going in this establishment hoping that it was going to be a better time not ever going to happen the building had been remodeled for what reason it should have been condemned years ago now you have a toy or a playground for the children which has not been opened in a year and a half possibly that it had been remodeled that is a shame concerned neighbor

They always run out of products? Once they ran out of chicken. This morning they had run out of eggs and coke!? Another time I was there I had ordered a large onion ring they gave me a small and when I tried to correct it, she dumped it into a large container and added 1 onion ring!seriously, if I would have known the difference between a small and a large was just a single onion ring, I would have ordered that and saved some money!!

Placed an order at drive thru and once food was paid for ask for a simple cup of water that was .27$ and the woman came back to the window and yelled in my face no add one at the window I was surprised because I was the only customer in line and proceeded to ask why. And she yelled the same phrase again in my face. Seems like they need to hire a new morning crew because thats ladies seemed to hate their place of employment

Absolutely horrible service every visit. Manager and employees always have an attitude. They never upsell or suggestive sell. Ran out of food and did not notify me in drive thru. Came inside and they didnt even offer a substitution for their shortage. Extremely rude service. The most horrible Burger King Ive ever experienced. I dread each visit but its close to my job.

When I was at this Burger King, I ordered a diet Pepsi and a turkey burger. I had to wait for an hour and and a half for that one order. When I finally got my food I took a bite and found a claw and a rotten french fry inside. When I got home I sat down and threw up all over my cat Sprinkles. All in all, my visit to Burger King was... AWESOME!

This is the worst place to eat. They are rude, ghetto, and always running out of food. I ask them to cut my burger and have they told me they couldnt. They never asked what o kind of beverage I wanted the just gave me a Coke without a smile. You always have to circle around to get your food the service is just down right horrible!!!!!!

Unfortunately Im going to stop going here they try to rip me off Everytime last time I was getting 2 whooper meals for 10$ and they try to charge me 17$ tonight my meal was $5.60 I gave a 20$ and they gave me 12$ back I dont Know what the problem is but stealing from your customers is bad for business

You might get what you ordered, you might not. The way they they ask you to wait behind the yellow pillar is hilarious, though. What the hell? Is it connected to their slow service? Are they worried about us looking at them, like were going to rob them, or something? Are they shy? What gives?

Rude cashier ALL 6 burgers were wrong the manager was extreamly rude and when we called and asked to speek to a manager they hung up also the inside was locked at 11:30am I my self work in fast food and would have been FIRED if I treated a customer the way the MANAGER had treated us

I would never go back! I didnt order anything crazy but, I waited about 15 min for my food. then they gave me the wrong order and wanted to give me the picked over food from the other customer!!! So now I have to wait a week for a refund!!
