I was hesitant trying this place for the first time because of the reviews but I did want to try the Thursday special so I ordered by phone for pick up. First let me say that the pizza was very good. Quality ingredients and spicy pepperoni. Having it packed in a paper bag was unusual for me but box or bag..... does not matter. I look forward to ordering again and trying something new from a very extensive menu. Secondly, I do have to agree with many of the reviews saying that the service is anything but friendly. I wasnt treated rudely but not friendly. No thank "you come again." Just took my money and handed me my pizza. I generally use my credit card for EVERYTHING and refuse to pay more money for using it. Having said that I truly do understand that small business takes a big hit for credit card use. Knowing that this is a cash only place I will just plan accordingly. Lastly, I want to thank Zippys for their community involvement. I do tend to shop at places that support community clubs and activities and hire local teens.

Service is terrible!!! The food is good, if you can get it. I tried twice to day to make a order, First time I drove all the way up there to make our order only to watch him take someone $12.00 order on the phone for 10 min plus put him on hold a few times and still did not take my order. After he was done with the phone he took care of the guy that came in after me . So I left to take care of some business, A few minutes later I decided to try it again but, it wasnt my day I guess, pretty much the same thing. Thank You Little Caesars for taking my order and feeding my family

I ordered gluten free sub- ham and cheese .. it had 4 thin circles of ham like hills hire farms in the pack at Kroger! and a slice of American cheese. I asked for lettuce and tomato on side ( lettuce was brown and old) .. also large pizza sub light sauce- was smothered in sauce . I asked for a total on phone when ordering and was told approx. 11.00 when I picked up it was 17.00 !! I understand paying 2.50 extra for gluten free bread , the rest of the sub was just sad tasteless and nothing special... lesson learned

EVERY time I order I am missing something. Never fails. My husband stood around waiting and they ignored him. Ive given them many chances to get it together. The food is great, but for the amount I pay I expect my food to be there. Yes, mistakes happen but for something to be missing every time is unacceptable. When I called to talk to the manager I was pushed aside. She was there as I could hear her ask why I wanted to talk to her but she wouldnt come to the phone. Very poor customer service.

Fast delivery, friendly service, the pizza is amazingly good, and their zippy twists are so flipping good! I left above comment months ago! Delivery still ok, never have a driver before 5 though? Service has gotten Rude you call to place an order and they act like you inconveniencing them by calling! What happened to the friendly people? Food is still very good. I took 2 stars away because service is supposed to be a top priority for small businesses and yours just slipped away!

Decided to come back and read the response the owner left on my last review. This is extremely unprofessional. If you read through the reviews the owner personally attacks every single person who criticizes this place. Theyve called multiple customers liars and seem to go off on little tantrums.

Theres no pizza that I like where I live so I have to go way out of my way to get Zippys. But it is well worth it, I usually get a large pepperoni pizza with 3cheese bread. I have never had a problem and the food is always perfect in my experience. I will always go here whenever I want pizza.

Extremely sub par pizza. Tasted very cheap and was presented very poorly. Cheap freezer pizza tastes better and actually comes in a box. When I received my pizza it was on a paper plate in a brown sack. I really did want to like this place, but unfortunately I cant.

Delivery driver was extremely rude when made a complaint about his driving extremely fast thru a subdivision. Berated and called me names. When I told him i was recording he got pissed and kept yelling
