Food is ok, order is usually wrong. Apparently they charge a surcharge now for credit/debit cards. When I called to ask why the took more than my order was they said they charge extra for cards. Complete bullcrap. They are a huge cooperation, not a small mom amd pop shop using square. Its unprofessional and bad business to not advise customers of a surcharge at time of purchase and let them be surprised when they look at their bank statement. Very tacky and shady in my opinion.

I do not remotely understand why the executives have eliminated thin crust. Until thin crust is brought back we will no longer be ordering from here. Make sure you ask for your pizza to be well done or theres a good chance it will still be doughy. Quality of their salads have really dropped. Very disappointed last three trips. Last two times weve called, they answered the phone like we were bothering them. Not a good way to start out the conversation...

The worst service ever! When you call to make an order, they act like its such a bother. 9 times out of 10 the orders are wrong. We just started to get just the hot & ready pizza. How can you mess up pepperoni pizza, right? Dont bother with the managment...he wont do anything to make it right. He is not management material. This isnt the first bad review, its pretty sad nothing has been done about it. Very sad

Hot n Ready needs to be defined to the employees at this joint. How are you not prepared for lunch or dinner peak hours. I called 30 min in advance, showed up, and am still sitting here 30 min later.

They got half of my delivery order wrong, and made the other half with half the toppings left off. I called, the "manager" refused to fix it, refused to give me his name, then hung up on me.
