Okay to begin with I have never ordered from here before (tonight will be the first)... now to the guy jellybelly or whatever the morons name is: To begin with this jerk needs a lesson in grammar... no wonder he had a horrible experience, the goof must have a PreK education.... geez it is a wonder this Rhodes Scholar could even find his way to the computer much less have the ability to criticize a restaurant. Maybe he should stick with Waffle House and Cracker Barrel, they both seem like his speed. CYB3R J3LLY 2 months ago if you want some good pizza this is the place BUT by Far the worst customer service in history. i went down their today and got some for the first time but after the stories people told my mom at the gas stations just a few hours ago i dont think i would risk being POISONED! yeah these elderly people go up their every week to have dinner their and they got this mans order wrong and he kindly said: "hey im not complaining but next time can you get my order write please?" and next week they got his order right... but they added vizene "clear eyes" to his sandwich. he was having diarrhea for two days straight. Another story is that this lady ordered a hot sandwich and they brought it to her cold and she called telling the man that brought it to her that it was cold and he said: "Oh I KNOW how i make MY sandwichs, so if you dont like it you can come up here and get a refund" so when the women came up their he started calling her various names and also said that she was "wasting his ingredients" he started yelling at her refusing to give her a refund so the womans husband came in and said: "please sir just give my wife a refund and you wont see us again, i promise" after that they started to push him out the door calling him a "cock-sucker". after hearing the stories from multiple people at the gas station my mum said. I highly suggest that you dont go this place if your reading this review

had family from out of town and was coming from LanierWorld, we stopped at this pizza place in the area that online stated they closed at 11:00 but when we arrived around 9:40pm they promptly told us they were closed, closed at 10:30pm (wasnt even 10pm yet), and could not serve us (even though they were clearly still operating). It was embarrassing and sad being discriminated against especially with family from out of town. We were attempting to dine in on a late Friday night (4 adults, 6 kids) after leaving waterpark. the lady who spoke to us was very abrupt and unpleasant and when I pointed out to her that it stated online they didnt close until 11pm she barked back that she knew what it said online but they they closed at 10:30pm and they couldnt serve us (again even though it was not even 10pm). From the encounter Im sure we were not hte first minorities to be treated that way and writing review so that we will be the last. poor experience but we ended up having a great experience at the Pizza Hut down the street with exceptional service.

Regardless of how good your pizza is or isnt, customer service can make a world of difference. I dont understand how an owner and/or his staff could allow for horrible communication with rude and short-tempered attitudes. The human factor is not considered at all at this place. Weve given them 2 chances and encountered horrific personalities each time. I dont know if the family is just going through tough times, have internal disputes that transition into their service, or they really just dont care... but weve come to nickname this place "Pizza Di-F**k-you" - because thats what their motto seems to sing. In regards to the food- since theyve been around, their quality of ingredients has significantly declined. Why? Is it due to lack of customers = lack of profit = lack of income to continue purchasing quality ingredients? Or do they really just care less and less? If you dont care about your customers, dont open a restaurant.

I havent tried the food, but I came to Buford yesterday to help my pregnant sister and her husband move to their new house. After a very long day, we were trying to find something to feed my 1 year old and 3 year old. We called and ordered delivery. We were told it would be 45 minutes. My sister offered to go get food elsewhere so it would be faster and I called and cancelled the order 5 minutes later. The next night we decided to order food for everyone but they refused to take our business at all, even when I explained the previous nights situation. Not only did they sacrifice a much larger order this time, they lost our business completely. I refuse to give business to a place so unwilling to understand mistakes, hungry babies, and difficult situations.

Im really amazed at all the one star reviews for this place. I went here a couple months back with a date and the food, service, atmosphere, you name it was fantastic. The waitress was very attentive, kept our drinks topped off was friendly, polite and even took the time to talk to us for a minute, some small chit chat. At one point during the meal, the owner came up and spoke with us for a few minutes about the place, the food, location, etc and he was very friendly. On top of the superb service we received that night, the pizza we ordered was great. We got their equivalent of a meat lovers, in a large size and we still got out under twenty bucks before a tip. Overall: 5 stars!

Weve tried this place twice, when we first moved in right down the street. We eat pizza once to twice a week and we tip great so hes missing out. The first time I ate something that a looked like meat on the pizza and I got the worst food poisoning ever, I thought well lets give it one more shot because besides that screwed up piece of meat the food was great. Well my husband went in for the 2nd time talked about how rude the man was and he tipped good, didnt even say thanks for us picking up a pizza or tipping. This guys customer service sucks..at least act like u appreciate business, its easy to keep customers its hard to lose them. So lucky him he lost our business.
