Customer service here is great! If Im not feeling well and need to sit in my car to wait on a fresh pizza, theyll bring it out to me every time! Also, I went in there one time low on money trying to feed my kids (I was very sick just out of the hospital) and I was counting change to try to get 2 pizzas. I was short maybe a dollar and the girl there gave the 2nd to me free! She was so nice, she saw me struggling to carry everything and brought it out to my car for me! Definitely recommend! Not to mention the pizza seems to be getting better every time and the cheese bread is soooooooo good!

Terrible customer service and even worse pizza!!! This was their 3rd strike. Ive gotten 2 undercooked (raw dough) pizzas and the last staw was tonight. I picked up a piece of trash in their parking lot, went in to get a pizza and throw the trash away. No one was was at the counter when I came in so I reached behind the counter to throw the trash away when an employee started yelling at me saying I was trying to rob the place and kept yelling at me until I turned around and walked straight out. Last time I ever come here again!!!

"I love this place. Great Value. Great Service. Great Experience. If I was the owner, I couldnt be prouder of these High School Kids working their butts off. Great Job!" - This is what I used to say. Now....... every time I go here, I have to check my pizzas before I leave. And I cant bother ordering any specialty pizza. It took me 30 min to get my "hot and ready, deep deep dish pizza." Its sad how far this place has fallen in 4 years.

Pizza is good for what it is. It is certainly better than Papa Johns! The pizza is always hot, the issue is that the pizza is NEVER ready. You always have to wait unusually long for pizza that is supposed to be "Hot and Ready". They get 2 stars because at least the staff has always been friendly to me.

The little ceasars on Buford Highway is awful. Billy Henry the manager is unprofessional, and should be replaced with someone who cares about the customer. Why is it okay to be rude to the people who are the reason your company exists? I will not be eating at this location again.

Worst experience ever. Understaffed and 15 people waiting to order. Nobody offered to help at the register after multiple people had arrived, this is the second trip we have made this week and both have been horrible! Need retraining and more staff!

Hot and ready my a#*. Been there a numerous times and there are never any deep dish ready. I will even call ahead to get one started, and they are still not ready. Constantly wasting my time. I wish another one was closer ......
