NEVER will I EVER go here again. We tried it twice. The first night we drove around looking for a new wings place to try. We decided to try Wide World of Wings in Ellenwood. Ordered 20 wings, and were told it was going to be 20-30 minutes wait. This was understandable considering we walked in to place the order and it was a Friday night. Well, we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food. The food was good, but not exceptional--could have been better. The next time we wanted wings we decided to try again, but this time call ahead since it was a Saturday. We ordered 20 wings again and were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We left to pick up the wings after 20 minutes. When we arrived at Wide World of Wings, they told us our food was not ready yet. We waited 45 MINUTES for our food. We werent the only ones in this situation, there were at least 3-4 others waiting for their food well after the estimated time for pick up. We tried to cancel our order, and when we did they said it would "just be another minute". The customer service is lousy, the whole idea of this business is incompetent. It SHOULD NOT take an hour and a half to cook ONE order of wings. Common sense tells us that food should be cooking ahead of time or appropriate wait times should at least be given. HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK WINGS AND FRIES OR AT LEAST HAVE SOME READY ON A BUSY NIGHT??? The food is NOT worth the wait or the money. Dont waste your time. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be going here again.

I work a few miles away from W.W.W. and we order from here regularly. The wings are outstanding. The lemon pepper wings are the best. Cole slaw is unexpectedly good. Fries are good as well. Overall a good value and great food. Unfortunately the service varies from poor to horrible. Weve ordered wings at all hours of the day and they almost never seem to be properly staffed. Call-in your order beforehand, at least 30 minutes before you leave to go there. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone, especially around lunch time. The store is not the cleanest place Ive been to. But, the wings are sooooooooooooo good. Thats why we always keep coming back.

my mom and I, Liza Nocentelli went to Wide world of Wings for dinner tonight. When we got home and bit into the wings this is what we got. So we went back down there and didnt ask for a refund we just asked them to remake it and they said NO!! So my mom said well give me my money back because this is unacceptable, they said no. The manager was very nasty to me and my mom!We ordered a 100 piece wing for $60. I advise people who live in the Stockbridge/Ellenwood area to not eat here!!!! SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!

Ive been going here for a few months now as it is close to my job. the food is great as are the prices. however I went there tonight after getting off work, I walked in the door of the restaurant at 9:28 to 3 guys standing around on theyre phones and was told that they were closed when the door sign says 11 am - 10 pm. the staff here almost makes it not worth the trouble and its a real shame to. hope the owner knows his employees are turning away business and taking money out of his pocket.

Rather than getting into extreme detail I will just give an example. I ordered a 10 piece (not 100) They told me 15 minutes - No problem. After 30 minutes of waiting I almost walked out. I thought about the fact that I already paid and decided to just hang out. It took 15 additional minutes to get 10 wings 45 minutes total for 10 wings. Only explanation I could come up with is that the cook fried and dressed each wing individually in the fryer 1 by 1.

I love this place! Eat their all the time and never have any complaints. You do have to wait for your food from time to time but for good food why complain? If you want fast go to mcds! its hillarious to see some of the peoples complaints on here as I have never had a bad experience.The staff is always really friendly as well. Really meaty wings too! Heading there now LOL!

The son of the owner was extremely nasty when questioned about 10 piece wing with 1 flat and 9 drummetts. He stated I paid for 10 wings and thats what I got. I bet I wouldnt randomly get 9 flats and 1 drummett! He promised me his dad, the owner, wouldnt do anything to balance my order either. I have been buying from them since year 2000. No more patronizing from us!

This was my first time coming to this establishment and wasnt pleased. The only thing that was good in here was the lighting. We ordered some lemon pepper wings and they forgot to add the lemon pepper, ordered some fried okra for $2.64 + tax and got about 16 pcs of okra. Maybe they were running low on supplies, if it is so let your customers know.

Best Thing To Order Is Their Braised Wings & Fries. Dont Go There & Order. Its Better To Call Your Order In. Still Might Take a Minute,But Its Better To Call It In Because The Time Will Be Shorter When You Get There. The Lemonade Is Good Too. Customer Service Is Great. Also,When Ordering Get No Celery & Just Get Extra Fries.

Terrible...waited over 30 minutes for food,if people come in that are Regulars they get their food before you. ..The chicken Philly was awful with pieces of fat and gristle the wings was dry,My kids noticed they had brownies so I purchased 2 ,my kids said they was the worst..Never will I go there again..

I come here every month if not twice a month & the service is okay. Ive never had a conflict, however the food is hit & miss & the wait time is guaranteed to be about 20-40 min. They normally dont answer the phone & theyre quick to close so dont be within an hour window.

The wings were just OK. Im leaving 2 stars because I was overcharged by $10. I ordered a bunch of stuff and was in a hurry/tired. When I got home, I realized the cashier added an extra $10 on. Do your own math or you might get screwed like I was.

The food is good sometimes. Since the owner allowed teens to work here the customer service has been horrible. Also its hard to get the employees to answer the phone. It was much better when the owner had all adults working there.

When you call ahead to place an order you should not have to wait 20 minutes. And then you get your food that was terrible. Then the employees think you are wrong for complaining about the food and service.

Absolute garbage called 30 times no answer at 5 pm my friends just ordered so I know they are open. When I finally got my food they had forgotten my fries
