The food is always great and the drinks are on point. However, this time, the ultimate nachos werent so ultimate...it was looking like just veggies and chips. Asked for more chili and cheese and had small dipping cups of each brought out. Obviously not enough. Plus the cheese looked like it had been sitting out (wasnt liquidy...). So the manager said he would fix it to the waitress. He then brought out bigger dipping cups and it was for the most part fixed. I personally would have remade the entire thing. Then our wings came out and they were sparsely seasoned. You could clearly tell that effort wasnt being put into it. I was disappointed that the manager didnt come back to follow up on everything. We didnt want to get the waitress in trouble because she was doing a great job. The kitchen didnt seem to be keeping up with the standards that B-dubs seems to be advertising.

This place is not very friendly...went here for lunch with friends from work...pork sandwich is nasty so our server asked what else he would like to eat since the sandwich was nasty...we get our bills and they make him pay for both the nasty sandwich and the burger that they asked him if he wanted. From my own experience with eating at any buffalo wild wings no matter where. They are all terrible...do not recommend that you eat here

Horrible customer service. We had to ask for a new waitress because ours was so rude, and we waited 20 minutes just to place our order. They were not busy, and the waitress looked at me 3 times, and ignored me. The food is good but it is overpriced. Overall, I am not impressed with this place. I will say that the manager took over and the rest of the time, the service was much better, but they need to hire better staff.

I love going to trivia on Thursday nights with my family. We usually sit in Chriss section and he is an AMAZING waiter. This past Thursday, we sat in Ashlyns section, and we would ask her for simple requests and she would simply disregard them. I sat without my drink for about 45 minutes, after asking her three or four times. Ask for Chriss section and run if youre in Ashlyns!!!

"You brought a baby to a bar". My wife joking said this when I brought my newborn here so I can watch a vols game. It gets packed here, but I love the environment (surrounded by vols fans). It does get loud (bring ear muffs for the little ones). Also, they offer UFC fights and other PPV events at times but be sure to call and ask.

We normally have a great time but tonight we were sat down and waited for 20 minutes with no service at all. No server ever took our drink order or even said hi. We watched other families being sat and having their orders taken. We waited so long without ever being spoken to that we just had to leave.

Went there for a fight night and loved it! The staff was good overall but our server (his name was Alf) was AMAZING. So funny and so personable. Really made it an enjoyable time. If you go there and want some great service, ask for Alf!

I ordered the boneless wings. The sauce was great, wings were ok. I ordered the French fries. Worst fries I have ever had. I thought it was on the expensive side for the amount and quality of the food.

The service is awesome, they make sure they get your name and remember you when you return...pretty awesome (Teri). .. we always have carribean jerk and hot bbq wings adding a quesadilla tonite.

I go to this BWW monthly, and the food and service have always been great. This is an excellent place to watch MMA or wrestling pay per views, while avoiding the cable companys inflated prices.
