Had lunch here today. The wings were pretty good though they were rather small. I gave them a 3 because when i walked in there were 2 women sitting at a table and 1 guy placing an order ahead of me. I ordered my food an sat down for a 10 min or so wait. A lady came in shortly after an placed an order for 15flats.. after waiting 25 mins and watching the 2 women, the gentleman, and the woman who came in after me all get their food I finally got my 10 wings with fries. I was not very happy about spending half of my lunch break waiting on food. They need someone to help in their kitchen. Maybe next time I will try ordering online.

The fact that they erase negative experiences, doesnt sit well with me. ..The Son is arrogant and rude and runs daddys business like--well a kid with NO customer service skills. The other workers are actually pretty decent. I told the son my Order was wrong over phone, and he didnt do anything to correct it Neither did he even APOLOGIZE. He could have at least done that. You cant make every customer happy, but please do so to the ones that actually patronize your business. I had my family and friends coming here...NEVER AGAIN. My comment was erased...Shame. Here it is again.

For the Super Bowl, we ordered (my husband picked up) mild and Cajun flavored wings. Both were very good (just the right amount tang in the sauce and right amount of sauce on the wings) and so were the fries. Service was fast, and price was right too. We basically ordered 25 wings with fries and celery/sauce for around $17 (including tax), which I think is a great value. Were definitely going back for more.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! JUST ORDERED THROUGH GRUBHUB $30 WORTH OF FOOD PAID FOR IT TO FIND OUT THAT THEY GAVE NO DRIVER TONIGHT AND THEY HADNT EVEN CALLED IT IN TO TELL THE PEOPLE AT GRUBHUB BECAUSE THEY CALLING ME ASKING HAVE I HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. SO I CALLED BQ TO FIBD OUT THEY HAVE NO FLIPPING DRIVER! NOW GRUBHUB TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT 3 TO 5 BUSINESS TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!

I placed an order online and it said it would be an hour for delivery but ended up take ng almost 2 hours! The wings were so small I felt like I was eating pigeon or squirrel. There was no taste either! Fries were bad too! Would never order here again!

The food was good, but they messed up our order and refused to remake it saying that it was our fault. We had to re order although they gave us a free combo with the new order I still feel like they were wrong.
