Not impressed. Walked in and there was a line of people waiting. This was very surprising as there were 3/4s of the tables in the place empty. Found out the reason why was staff never came to sit anyone for the first 5 minutes we were there. We even had a manager walk by and ignore the line. Finally after getting told we can seat ourselves we sat down and waited 10 minutes for our waitress. Waited forever for drinks, then forever for food. Then they brought cold food. Didnt even apologize or even offer a discount for this, just said they would get us another one...(Cue 15 minute wait for fresh food). Appetizers and dinners came at the same time. Not busy at all, but the wait for everything was like they were. Probably wont return to this location....

Worst restaurant I have been to in a LONG time. I dont even have a receipt cause the waitress never came back to take our money. We were lucky enough to have EXACT change, and ended up walking out, with no receipt, no change. Waited about 25 minutes just for the server to notice we were finally ready to leave go even get the bill. Worst service Ive ever had. The manager Cleary didnt care either, because while sitting there I made eye contact with him multiple times and he stood in a circle with his employees bullshitting and laughing, while I was ready to walk out asap. But I couldnt because none of them wanted to do their jobs correctly and realize we have been sitting there waiting and waiting. Never going there again.

This branch was absolutely terrible. My son, boyfriend and I got seated first in a party room off to the side and could not hear each other over the horrendous noise. We asked to be moved and took our drinks with us, luckily since after we got reseated the new server took our order and never returned for the rest of our meal until she came and dropped off the check. After waiting for our food for an hour (with a very hungry five year old) another server dropped it off and it was ice cold but we ate since we were in such a hurry as it was. Still didnt see anyone and had to ask for our bill when we were finished. Wish I would have caught the servers name but she failed to introduce herself.

Great atmosphere and we really enjoy taking our children for Wednesdays and Sundays when kids meals are 50% off. However, the odds of your food order being right and getting everything you ordered parallels the same odds as McDonalds drive thru. The same concept applies to call in orders. I have been a customer here since it opened and camped out to get the free wings for a year their first day of business. During those 2 years we have noticed high turnover in wait staff and kitchen which may contribute to my only complaint.

We came in with 18 people. Told us its gonna take 20 minutes. After 40 minutes they were able to sit us. But that happened after double checking with them. We left after knowing it would take another at least 30 minutes to serve the food. They apologized but it wasnt a nice experience waiting for 40 minutes with kids. They failed to let us know the correct wait time. And on top of that we have seen people getting table with small group even after we told them we dont mind sitting in small groups.

Worst service ever at a Bufallo Wild wings location!! 30+ minutes waiting for 5 wings!! And the place wasnt even busy! I cancelled the order and they didnt even offer to make it up for the terrible slow service!! I think it is time for a new manager to take over this place, for better training on the staff and definitely better and faster help in the kitchen!!! If you cant manage to provide a good service, then it is time for a change!!!

My family had to wait more then 20 minutes for a booth to open up. But they told us it only would take 5-10 minutes. We then finally got to our table. Someone came and took our appetizer and dinner order. Usually you get your appetizer way earlier then your dinner. After waiting 45 minutes just at the table, we decided to leave without ever getting any food. Also keep in mind this was a Tuesday and it wasnt even crowded.

Meh... It is what it is! If you want a loud bar atmosphere with screens everywhere than this is the place for you. I personally am not into it but "to each their own." The reason for 3 stars isnt an atmosphere or service issue, (After all you really cant judge service after one visit.) The wings are simply overpriced! I mean... come on... its wings! Chicken wings are pretty much garbage meat with clever marketing.

Awful. Just awful. Go to Tonys instead. We stopped here with the hopes of some quick food before going home from Frankenmuth. They told us 20 minute wait which became an hour. Then once we were seated it took another 30 mins to get an order put in and another hour for the food to come. Service was rude and the manager didnt care at all.

3 star because it seemed that they did not care for the customers....We had to wait quite sometime before someone even came , though you can see some of them are just cleaning the floors and tables.....There were very few customers inside still no one bothered to greet us or ask us to wait..Food as always good....

The place was a mess. I went to the rest room (which was dirty also) I sat down, leaving my significant other to order the drinks, and came back waited another 5 minutes. still no one greeted us. We got up and left without anyone noticing. Not even the employee sitting with her friends . :/

The whole family loves to eat here! Kids meals are half off on Wednesday and Sunday and other great specials throughout the week. We all love the salt and vinegar fries - unique and awesome! The store is always very busy but the staff is very friendly and makes up for the wait times.

Accidentally placed an online order to this store instead of my local store. Called and whomever I spoke to on the phone (didnt get her name) transferred my order without hassle. Im guessing this happens occasionally but it was nice to know it wasnt a big problem.

We came in at 8:00 for a late dinner. We have been waiting 15 min. There are at least 8 table empty and they cant seat us. Learn how to manage a business. Finally got a table, ordered and have now been waiting 30 minutes for our wings.

I would have tipped more if it wasnt so freezing cold inside. Twice the temperature has been freezing. I dont complain a lot, but its hella-chilly inside. Good food, good options on drinks, but lets regulate the goosebumps.

We sat waiting for someone to wait on us for 15min, it took over a half hour for wings and wedges, almost our entire order was wrong, and our waitress was not helpful at all. What a waste of money.
