ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! WE JUST LEFT VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL DECIDED TO STOP AND WE WENT THRU THE SECOND LANE....ORDERED MY FOOD AND SAW CARS LEAVING WITHOUT THEIRS ....I WASNT SURE OF WHY AT THIS POINT UNTIL MY LINE NEVER MOVED BUT THE FIRST LINE WHO HAD CUSTOMERS THAT CAME AFTER ME WAS MOVING JUST FINE...WE SAT THERE FOR 30MINS BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO THE MACHINE THINGY...I HIT THE HELP BUTTON BECAUSE THE CARD SWIPE WAS WEIRD...SHE GETS ON AND SAYS WHAT WAS YOUR ORDER??? UMMM DONT YOU KNOW WHAT MY ORDER IS??? OH THATS RIGHT ITS OUT OF ORDER UP HERE! THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT IN A MONTH...THE FIRST WAS ALSO VERY LONG BUT THAT NO WAS A WEEKEND AND AT NIGHT....TODAY IS THURSDAY! THE GIRL MUST BE NEW BECAUSE SHE DIDNT KNOW THAT THEY HAD SLUSHY DRINKS...WHY PUT A NEW GIRL ON WHEN ITS VERY CROWDED!!!! PEOPLE KEPT PULLING OFF....JUST A MESS! Absolutely positively ridiculous came in ordered a crave case some mozzarella sticks some chicken tenders waited over 30 minutes for my food the gentleman who walk it out my car was extremely rude the cashier at the window was extremely rude and this is the second time I have had a negative experience at this location call their corporate number was told still pass on my complaint not once was I offered any sort of compensation nobody wanted to make anything up to me they just said were sorry will pass your complaint on for being such a large corporation in association with another large corporation Churchs Chicken you would think customer service would be important to them but I guess not

Incompetent employees. My 6 year old cousin could have done a better job. Went through the drive thru. There were no cars there and hardly any parked in the lot. Still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. All I ordered was a large combo meal. They intentionally gave me a medium fry. Apparently "large" is hard to understand. One of my sandwiches had 1 chicken ring on it (instead of the standard 2), I guess they got hungry? They had to ask if I had my drink... What? Did you hand me one? No? Then what do you think? He mumbled and was looking the other direction. It was hard to tell if he was talking to me and if so what he was saying. Never coming back.

The drive thru is awful. The cashier does not listen to you and does not speak clearly. Have to repeat the order six times before they even switch the screen over to your order. Then they dont tell you which window to pull up to. We waited at the first window for a good 5-10 minutes with the workers watching us but too lazy to tell us to move to the other window. Finally decided to move and the food wasnt even ready. Ordered 10 sliders and a pack of shrimp nibblers. We had a coupon for a free dessert on a stick. Didnt get the dessert on a stick but got a bone, piece of plastic, or shrimp shell -

The young girl at window name V.Veyor act like she had attitude, never greeted me, just took my money without a word spoken. She double charge me for something I didnt even order! They couldnt give back my money she over charge me for, then on top of it all they forgot my icy. I had drive back and go inside to get it! Nobody at register, long line of customers waiting. They are very unprofessional & ghetto. Very unorganized, staff is all young kids that dont want to work with Attitudes! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GIVE THERE SERVICE TO THIS WHITCASTLE! HORRIBLE

They cant take or get right a order for the love of god. This is by far thee worst white castle I have ever been to, I ordered 4 items and they hot two of them wrong after a half hour wait and they asked what my order was again at the pay window and I repeated my order and they still got it wrong. This was 12:30 am on Saturday morning 7/15/17. I so hope that the manager or district manager take this into.consideration because every single time I come here something is messed up. Bad for buisness!

RUDE. DUMB, incompetent employees. I would fire everyone here. I HATE coming here. I always turn my car off because I know its gonna take 20 minutes. Fast food..what a joke. I wish there was another white castle closer to me.. I hate everyone here they are always soooo mean. I worked in customer service for 6 years, pizza, restaurants, Ive done it all.. Im always nice as can be to cashiers but every single time theyre rude to me here. Some changes seriously need to happen to this place.

Idiot workers. Manager who doesnt care. Waited 21 minutes to get me food. Even then they didnt get the order right. Complained to the new employee. She said couldnt do anything, so I told her to get the manager. Manager was just annoyed with my complaint and threw some free slider coupons at me. Compmetely rude! White Castle cooperate needs to get these clueless idiots out of there. They give White Castle a bad name. Idiots!

The stupid waiter took my order on the phone and i said i will pick it up driving the highway till i reached them and wanted to get my order she was like 25.75 sir i asked where is my order she said well you ave to wait, why the heck should i wait for an order made on the phone 15 min ago looking at he restaurant like you are in a pool of garbage every where so i was no i dont want it anymore and walked away with my health

Its bad service is bad they dont care inside. They have a double drive through. We waited at lest 13 minutes from order time never got food. We decided to drive off luckily we could get around the van in front of us. They waited longer and others were driving offand you saw no windows opening to give people food. Sad sad sad this one needs new employee training

Went through the drive thru the lady or kid taking my order kept talking in the background and kept laughing, so i go inside to say something about, a cashier with green hair and ugly nose ring gets an attitude all while the manager listens and does nothing about it, they need some customer service training on 9 /16/2015 around 10 oclock

White Castle its self is good. Its a rare occasion I have it though.because its not worth the wait when your hungry. Ive been there probably 9 times in the last 10 years. Its always slow, unbelievably slow. I think because theyre having such a good time in the back that they forget that theyre working.

Sliders were old the meat was hard as if it was under the heating lamp for hours ordered food aporox. 9am why would they serve old food so eatly in,the morning, now that says alot....terrible..then I called to complain and got an Busy signal for atleast ten minutes... I will never eat there again.

Just got late meal about 10 mins ago 2:45 am. Worst white castle ever! 10 piece cheese sticks taste like they soaked up cold frying oil. Cheeseburgers were soggy and didnt taste like the burgers we use to crave at white castle. It was so bad we are never returning to any white castle.
