We went here today for lunch albeit a late lunch around 3pm. We ordered a Whopper with cheese combo meal. We proceeded to get our drinks and ketchup cups while were waiting. The ketchup was empty so I told the employee. She asked if I wanted packets and I told her we would wait for her to change it out. We received our food and I opened it up and took a bite. Yuck!! The meat was cold. What the hell? So I take the sandwich back up and tell them. They said they would make another one. Waited about 2 minutes and they bring another one out. I check it and it is STILL cold. I take my sandwich back up and tell them this is cold and to feel it. What is wrong with this??? They said that this came right off the grill. Really? Then there is somethijg wrong with your grill then because its not even lukewarm. They offer to make me another one and I said I didnt want another one at this point. So I asked for a chicken sandwich because I knew that was deep fried and that should be hot. Well they bring me the chicken and that was fine, now my fries are cold. They never offered to give me new fries. We then finish eating and are getting ready to leave and I see both employees outside at a friends car smoking and talking. Still no ketchup because I had my daughter check. I see one employee come back in and knock on the kitchen door to get in. DID not even wash her hands before she went back to servng people. DISGUSTING!! AND WHERE IS MANAGEMENT? Very poor service, crappy food and crappy management. I will NEVER again go to this Burger King. Very, very disgusted with this location.

Its a shame I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Went there today and they shorted my order in the drive thru. I called when I got home and asked to speak to the manager. She said Im the manager. I told her my order was short. She said "We are short handed right now, if you think you can do better then come on down" and hung up on me. I could not even believe this kind of attitude. Who does she think she is. With a response like that I honestly feel as though she literally robbed me and did not care what so ever. They should have never rebuilt this"restaurant" it has always had terrible service and just because they put a new face on the place doesnt mean the same ugly faces arent inside. Do not visit this place unless you want to be disappointed and treated like crap or even possibly feel robbed like I did today. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service should not be tolerated in todays competitive market.

I love burger king but this burger king is not your orginal burger king they were rude,didnt smile, and there food was digusting !!!!!!!!! And The same day I experieneced bad tasteing food and cold food!! I got my phone stolen the same day by an employee because there was no one else in there except employees ! I turned around and,my phone was gone my fault for sitting the phone down but seriously! And then when I asked if someone had seen my phone they all laughed and said no ! Immature and low !! I had to report my phone!! I was so upset !! There was pictures of my baby sister,and cat as a kitten on that phone ! I say just go to a different burger king!

The worst experience ever. U visited this location at 900 at night got 2 3.99 meal. Got home no nuggets. Called the store talked to Jessica she said she was replace the meals. I sent my husband next day. He co.es home with nuggets only. Really. I called an complain. The manager on duty was rude. I kno I wasnt the nicest person on the other end. But really. Im a manager an I would be replaced both full meals. The food was cold. I will never visit burger king again. That was shady.. Well I guess thats Customer service.. very didappointed.

Again, I gave this King the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Only to be proven that this is far below the average Burger King. My A1 Burger had barely a single slice of bacon, maybe a single onion ring worth of onion and a single slice of cheese. Oh, nd it was luke warm, at best. The ice cream machine was "broken" as usual for this time of night. I gave you a chance King. There is a reason why the guy in the goofy mask in the commercials doesnt say anything... he doesnt have anything to say thats worth hearing.

Bad experience, probably wont eat BK for a long time. Staff was only half listening to order, had to repeat my order over and over, then when food given, had to ask for missing food to get home to cold fries, a chicken sandwich that wad so drenched in mayonnaise, the bun fell apart, then realized that they didnt give us the pie. $25 for poor service and cold nasty food. Disrespect when calling the store about missing food. Keep your pie, I wont be back!!

TERRIBLE service from foul mouthed employees because THEY filled an order incorrectly. The cussing employees (jaclyn and Margo) offered to get the manager on duty as they watched me write down the corporate number. Obviously this manager is aware of, and accepts their behavior while representing the BK brand. Might I add that the cussing was done loud enough and in front of my 2 young children in the car!

I returned 2 sandwiches that I had purchased for a replacement. The company hassled me over a $3.00 purchase. I tried to be cordial with the Manager Darrell. He was unwilling to reason even causing a commotion in his own restaurant. I will NEVER eat here again and have fully lost my liking for the corporation as a whole. I will never recommend my employees or business partners to eat here again...EVER!!!

The food was ok, but once again the grill team failed to read the order. Twice I have been given the wrong sandwich or an incomplete sandwich. I feel the poor manager was ready to tear her hair out.

This used to be my favorite BK location. After the rebuild the quality of the food is not as good as it use to be. The customer service is OK but the preparation and quality needs improvement.

The worst food ever. Everything was cold and dry. Nothing was hot through out all the food without eating. Spent $20. When I called no one answered.
