Horrible location; I love Checkers but every one in the area is horrible, especially this one. I order a simple order. I asked for a cheeseburger combo (number 4) with a coke. I asked about 5 times for extra cheese and I get the order and they mixed my order with someone else, I got my cheeseburger but I also got some nasty, messy chilli cheese dog that not only burned me but made a mess on my sandwhich. I turned around immediately, because I didnt get my fries and now the whole bag (and my car) has chili and cheese all over it, which was something I never ordered. They exchanged my order and made me a new cheeseburger, but I asked them to put extra cheese on it since they forgot. She said she didnt want to charge me for the extra cheese, but I never got it either, so I asked for a new cheeseburger, since mine was ruined with chili/cheese all over it, just like everything else. She wanted to charge me 50 cents for the extra cheese, but all I had was my debit card, which wont let me buy anything for under a dollar with it, so my card denied the second time. I couldnt find 50 cents in my car, only a quarter... Since I didnt have the 50 cents to pay for the extra cheese she forgot to put on my cheeseburger, she actually wouldnt just give it to me anyway. Not even if I just gave her a quarter. She actually refused to make things right, even though she knew she put the wrong thing in the bag. So she made me a cheeseburger with half a slice of cheese on it, which I couldnt taste, not only that but the entire cheeseburger was COLD. Not semi-warm, but actually cold. I was already late and didnt wanna go back a third time, I just wont go back to this location.

checkers is gr8, however the location on Groesbect never gets my order right unless its the kool guy that ALWAYS gets it perfect EVERY time. And once i find out his real name i will repost so he gets the credit and raise he earned. Aside from that i just left thereathere after purchasing two chocolate ice cream cones and they were disgusting... idk wtf that was but it wasnt cchocolate. It was like the ice cream was spoiled. And i wouldnt normally waste my time on things such a thing as a review, except Im so damn livid and disappointed in the service and quality that my fiancee, kids and myself have received at this establishment that im hoping management steps up n takes care of the issues. I will post updates and "the kool guy" who is ALWAYS courteous, respectful as well as gets our order correct each and every time we eat at checkers Fraser location will be named and get recognition...and we eat there ALL the time. However if things dont change there we will be going next door to Popeye chicken, wich we have NEVER eaten there in the 6 plus months we have lived in the area.

Horrible establishment waited in line of drive thru over a half hr with no verification what so ever food was coming. So finally get my food 4th time in row messes up my order never again will I go to this establishment. I go back tell cashier my order number she just automatically rolls her eyes n did not care then waited another 25 minutes first 2 burgers to be made right. They need to get rid of that team get people care about the customers. The team just dragging there feet literally . So sad horrible place with never go again

Only 2 star Cus I love checkers food but they didnt put any onions or bacon on any of the 4 bacon cheese burgers I ordered and thats all we ordered. Did So through the drive through and with one car ahead one person inside ahead of us riding a 2 bag order took 45 min. Wait. Tried calling few times when I got home and noticed and no answer just 10 rings then a loud beeping noise till I hung up. Going up there tomorrow that was rediculouse also Cus we had to drive out our way from a long days work just to go there. Unhappy.

First of all in this review Id like to state that they opened almost an hour and a half late when they were all here. Then after the first customer went in it took them 12 minutes to get his order. Afterwards when I went in there the server was extremely rude, didnt greet me or anything. Then it took 9 minutes to get 2 things. As I was walking out the next man came in I sat outside and ate my meal and it took them 10 minutes to get his meal. He also said it was terrible and he would never come back. NEVER GO HERE.

Very poor customer serves across the board. First and last time I will ever come to this location. You couldnt understand a thing the lady was day over the speaker. Then when I paid for my food I was giving my food but not my change. I asked where my change was and the lady was so rude about. If you have the chance to hit an other place up I would, dont come here.

Service was slow and the double drive thru appeared to be open, but after you have set there a few minutes they tell you to go to the other side. Great! Lets start the waiting process all over again. The food received wasnt even hot. If it wasnt so late I would have took the food back, lets not mention the order was incorrect!

As others have mentioned, the service is absolutely terrible. The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude, and had a bad attitude. She seemed angry at me because she had to take my order. Sorry youre working the late-night shift at a Checkers, but dont take it out on the world because you made poor life choices.

People where hanging out in parking lot and were not ready had to drop frys there no car ahead of me and had to wait 20 + minutes was there at 11pm on a Tuesday the lights were out on the menu so it was hard to see and to decide felt like the workers were mad that I was there need better manager keep workers on task.

I used to work here until I got fired.. for being sick with a 103 degree fever and throwing up at the work place! They dont care about employees or customers... oh yeah and for every customer out there the machines are rarely down for the shakes and stuff they just say they are 90% of the time theyre up

If i could give negative stars, I would. Terrible customer service, took forever to take order, had continuously repeat the order, as if she wasnt even listening, waited 20 mins in line after ordering.... ridiculous!!! Dont go here, p.s. the fries are nasty and old at this location

This location is hiring extremely low functioning workers. Couldnt handle the order: "Three chili cheese dogs with onions" without manager intervention. Third time in a row that a simple order needed a committee to happen. I just drove away. Ridiculous.

Gave me cold hamburgers the bun was all hard they got an attitude when i told them. Asked me did i want to reheat them or make them fresh. They shouldve been fresh in the first place i asked for my money back this checkers is horrible
