Everytime and I do mean every single time I go here the always get our order wrong and on top of the if you go through the drive through after everything you say you want "is that it?,is that it?" Like we are a burden taking up time in their day for ordering from them. Every employee is rude even if you do go inside to try and sit down to eat,they will still get your order wrong and act as if you are bothering them by eating there. If I could I would give this place a -5 stars but that is not a option, probably for the best for them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE EVER!!!!! IDC IF A NUCLEAR MISSLE HIT AND THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO EAT ON EARTH STAY FAR,FAR,FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This taco bell is JUST as bad as the McDs down the street. GUARANTEED YOU WILL WAIT MINIMUM 20 min for your food.. Last time I was there I waited 30 min before I asked for a refund (there were still 5 customers ahead of me). The female manager got really crappy with me when I asked for a refund. While I was waiting I did not see her offer a appology or a free item to customers for the long wait.. I am a simple customer.. All I ever want is 2 tacos.. In the 4 yrs Ive been going here i have NEVER got my food in less then 10 min... Take ur $ and go to the Taco Bell at 12 & Hoover.. I never had problems at that location.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, the food is always Good and Hott!!! And I have gone during all hrs including breakfast. I would like to thank the Mgmt team, cause you must treat the employees good there in order for them to always have good customer svc. I dont eat fast food alot, but when i do i am very picky and i have tried other taco bells and the food is nothing to talk about. So I just came back from the one in Madison Hts and the food was alright but not hot...ugghhh I hate that!!! I am in the process of calling the Warren location now to thank them.

The food at this location is almost always hot and fresh and delicious. That isnt the reason I gave it three stars though. They will forget some of your order. We ordered 3 combos and didnt get an entire order having to turn back around and get the rest of our order. It is definitely an inconvenience and I understand mistakes happen, but I am serious when I say it will happen every time. Food is delicious, just make sure you check your order before you leave.

Two days ago around 7, my family ordered thru Drive thru. Worst Service Ever! Rushed thru taking order, ordered two Cantina Bowls and the person taking the order Did Not ask " beef, steak, or chicken". When I pulled up to make corrections, the girl was snippy. The guy attempted to make it right. When we got home, the nacho order was poorly made. Please change staff!

Well taco bell is always good 1 out of 9 times they mess up. Not like McDonalds. So here is my BIG PROBLEM. THE MENU SCREEN IS TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE ORDER SPEAKER. I CANT SEE WHAT THEY HAVE. I KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE BUT ITS NOT THE POINT. TIME TO MOVE THE SCREEN. THEY KEEP SRINKING IT IM NOT THAT OLD. 30... SO FIX THIS CRAP..LOL

I have always had a good experience here. very friendly and helpful and the food is always prepared well. Had an especially great experience today with Nicole who did an excellent job taking care of my order as I had ordered a couple things to eat there and a couple items to go for my staff. one of the best taco bells Ive been to.

Always always always gets our order wrong. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. Here I sit at home with my order wrong and missing things I paid for. Slimy onions on a bean burrito that was supposed to be made supreme and "Well replace your items" just doesnt cut it.

Every dam time they forget things. Then you have to go back to get it. all the food they did already get is cold. Its the only one close to my house. I can only imagine what cooperate would do if they went in under cover

VERY slow drive thru when more than 3 cars in line. 15 minutes is a frequent wait time. Asked for 10 mild sauces & got 5 milds & a bunch of hot. (This happens often.) One plus, theyre almost always accurate w/the order.

I absolutely love this taco bell. They never cut me off while ordering from the drive through. They always ask if I need any sauce and always give napkins. This is a great place to get lunch on the go.

The food was hot. There was not a wait in the drive thru either. The person taking my order was kind and it took about 2 minutes for me to tell them what I wanted, pay my money, and receive my food.
