I have been going to this particular Burger King since I moved to Rochester Hills about 17 years ago. What can I say about it...well...its a Burger King. The food isnt excellent, but it isnt vile either. However, I feel I must warn you to check uour order before you leave the drive-thru. The people there are incapable of taking an order, and then giving you what it is you ordered. I went through a few months back and I odered a grilled chicken sandwhich. Well when I got home I open the bag to find a crispy chicken sandwhich. So I called up and let the manager know that I was unimpressed, and she offered me a replacement meal next time I came in. So a gew weeks later I had a hankering, and went in to get that grilled chicken I had been so wrongly denied last time. Stupid stupid me, once again I forgot to look in the bag. Lo and behold, I get home only to discover that my replacement meal had been messed up too. Inept! Ahh well, lower your expectations and you wont be dosappointed ;-)

Food was average, cleanness was okay but not great. The main strife I have is the benches they have in the place, they are on an extreme angle making them actually painful to sit on after so long. Places typically do stuff like this the discourage People from sticking around for too long using WiFi and such... They also are much harder for the elderly to get in and out of safely... Not a very welcoming environment if you ask me...

Not impressed with their customer service AT ALL. I went there on free fry day and the so called manager refused to give me free fries when I went through the drive through because I didnt tell him when I was ordering. I suppose that is understandable but he was not being nice about it at all. Not to mention he closed the window on me while I was speaking.

I ordered two cheese burgers. The burgers looked like they were made by a chimp, sloppy assembly with ketchup and mustard oozing out the sides covering the buns in a disgusting mess that I threw out. I tried to call and complain to the manager but the listed phone number does not work. I will never go to this store location again.

The food here is as you would expect. The thing that was quite annoying was the staff. For some reason every time I was there the staff was always bickering amongst themselves and the manager just neglect this and let it continue.

Little know secret for just this location! Ask for the pizza, they will say no at 1st but if you just persist, even start naming your toppings they will give in! Tell them Mike sent you

The only thing im happy was for my autistic sisters sake that there was no screaming kids and it was quiet and only 1 or 2 customers in the plcae, service was ok though
