I am 100% disappointed in the Imlay City Burger King. I give them another chance every 8-10 months in hopes that things will be different but each time I go there I get the worst possible service. Last time I went through the drive through I was greeted with a fast, impolite greeting. I then said the 1st item on my order "may I please have a whopper jr" and before I could spit out the next item, they asked "is that all" so then I stated my next item with the same response back "is that all". I was so frustrated, I couldnt even get my order out without them interrupting me 8 times with "is that all". Today I went back for the 1st time since then because I was really craving onion rings. I had asked for a whopper jr meal with cheese and no onion. The screen was not working so when they said "is that all?" I repeated my request back to them making sure she got the "with cheese and no onion". And of course, NO cheese, WITH onion. I cant take it anymore. This Burger King has many complaints and problems with customer service and yet there is still no change. So sad.

Its not the best experience Ive had. The order taker spoke too fast and she was hard to understand. I had to ask her several times to repeat herself. Now for the quality of the food. I had the 2 for $5 deal. I ordered the long burger and the original chicken sandwich. I also ordered a large fries but received medium fries. The burger was delicious but the chicken sandwich was very disappointing. I didnt even finish it. I know Ill never order it again. The fries were under cooked, I didnt finish them either. So as a whole I was very disappointed and feel cheated. As a side my wife enjoyed her food.

After waiting in-line for 10 minutes with 4 people ahead of me and no-one but Drive-thru was getting served, I decided to leave and cross the road to a competitor. One of the people in line apparently was an off-duty employee who walked behind the counter to try to help the ONE girl who was trying to do it all. This was 7:30 pm on a friday night (Dec 5th). I think more staff is needed here!

very poor service, i told the girl at the counter NO MAYO and she heard me, then i get to work and go to eat my sandwich and there is GLOBS of mayo, what if i was allergic? then you all would have been screwed, maybe hire someone different or shut this place down. not to happy at all. and instead of playing on your phones and talking maybe you should clean the store!

This is very similar to any other Burger King, offering the same options and atmosphere as the rest of the chain. However, I decline recommending this location due to my order NEVER being prepared correctly. Plus, the last time I visited the location, they had run out of cheese (How does that even happen?? I wouldnt be surprised if they ran out of meat before.)

Are party waited while the help cleaned the floor, after waiting three to four minutes, before someone finally took our order! The person taking our order had no clue what she was doing! Pretty unorganized and a manager was right there. The mobile coupons left them confused

Great food and friendly staff, but cant tell you how many times I get onions when I ask for none. Just leaving now, got a Whopper and cheeseburger asked for no onions and was told they dont come with onions on them. Well I know the Whoppers do and I was right.

Service today was horrible. Two cars in line with us jumped the line and left because the wait was abnormally long. The order and food were satisfactory but again the service was not good. My guess would be it was a staffing issue.

1st time at the imlay city location. Clean, friendly staff, nice kids play area. Only down falls are 1 toilet per bathroom, and not enough bigger tables for families in the childrens area.

Place was not very busy about 5pm. Ordered double cheeseburger kids meal but were given singles. Ordered onion rings but got fries instead. Toppings on burgers were wrong also.
