I dont know what Joe is on but he is definitely off base. By the way he is talking, I think he would find a way to be a prude at a 5 star restaurant. People like him just love to complain so they feel above everyone else. Anyways, the food is really good but not amazing. The aspect of the Crooks Rd. location that gets me most is the people. "Ma" is the nice older lady who talks to you like she knows you. I have never been treated poorly, the food has always been hot, and the service has been prompt. I was eating in and asked to trade my drink glass for a to-go cup. No problems at all. They have taken all coupons with no questions asked. They are a franchise that is doing a tremendous job representing the brand.

Went in on the 4th of July, looked like a slow day at Noodles and Company so I wouldnt expect the dining room to be so trashed. Dirty tables, chairs not pushed in, and dirty floors. Was not greeted when we walked in and employees were ignoring us. Eventually an employee came up but didnt look at us just waited for us to order. We asked how he was doing and he didnt say a thing, just made a face as if we were really asking him that question. Very rude. Each time we added something to the order he would say "We dont have that" sarcastically because they were slow so he thought he was being funny but it just came off rude. Food was lukewarm and didnt get a lot of food for the price. Definitely wont be coming back.

Not great. Ive worked in the area for years so Ive been to pretty much every place around. The portion sizes are small and the food is pricey. I feel like I should be getting double for the price I paid. There are so many better alternatives around that give you more, better food for your money. Want oriental? Go to K Thai Xpress. Want a sandwich? Go to Potbelly. If you really want noodles Piada is within walking distance. There are so many options around that offer the same dishes but for a better value.

We landed at the Troy, MI Noodles and Company Sunday, June 9, with 12 people..including 7 children, and had never been go a Noodles and Company place before. Jeff and Kaitlin in particular were unbelievably helpful. Got the seats arranged, explained how to use the very interesting (and delicious) menu, served us quickly and accurately. They made believers out of us to try another franchise again here in Indy because of well they treated and fed us! Thanks, Jeff, Kaitlin, and staff. Way to go!

I love the food but the containers are awful. I struggle every time opening my food and I order from there often. today I struggled opening like always and the whole container fell on the floor, so all the money and time I spent on getting my food it was all gone just like that, I am so upset, I called to complain and they said they couldnt do anything for me but I could write a review on here. so anyone who reads this be extra extra careful.

Girlfriend picked up take out for our relaxing evening, and to our dismay both of our orders of Pad Thai were completely messed up. Would leave a three star review if they would pick up the phone and fix it, but after the two of us trying them every few minutes for a half an hour, they refused to pick the phone up. The place sucks and they don’t care about customer service, take your money elsewhere.

Menu wise, its a nice break from the norm. Their ability to raises prices as often as they do without crushing business is remarkable. I enjoy the food but their breakneck price increases have my visits down from once a week to about once a month. considering the prime ingredients in virtually all of their dishes is noodles, and noodles are about the cheapest thing you can buy its hard to figure out.

The mac and chesse with chicken was crummy. It is overpriced for what you get. I can make better mac and cheese at home for a 10 th of their cost. Their mac and cheese is noodles with shredded cheese on top. This place is a rip off. Not a meal. Staff was just ok but I felt ripped off their side salad was smaller than my closed fist. Any one that eats at noodles twice is a moron.

This was my first time at a Noodles & Co. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The noodle bowl the cashier recommended for me after telling her my preferences was amazing (Indonesian Peanut Sautee). And I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes during a busy lunch hour, I will definitely be returning to try out other menu options!

Used to be a good place to eat. Every time Ive eaten here over the last 8 months or so, the tables have been sticky, as has the soda fountain area. The store was not busy during these visits. More than half of my visits, their soda fountain (one of those coke machines with the cherry, grape, vanilla, etc) was out of all selections of soda.

I absolutely enjoy Noodles and Company. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The place is clean. Major flaw in this location is that the food proportion has not been what it normally is lately. Example is when I ordered a side salad once and it barely filled up half the container when it normally takes up most the container.

We made our last trip to noodles. We used to go weekly but they continue to eliminate products. First it was the rustic rolls, then go ride of penne fresca and now they no longer have pasta fresca or any of the ingredients to make it. We are done with this place.

The food isnt too bad however they always mess up our order! Every. Single. Time. At this point I feel like shame on us for even going back. I would not recommend this restaurant. It really is too bad because we liked it when it first opened.

Love the food and the speedy service. Very disappointed with the cleanliness, carpet, and quality of furniture. Everything is sticky and the floor has garage on it today under the tables. Employees on cell phones and visable in pockets.

Always fast friendly service at Noodles. My favorite is Mac and Cheese, Korean Spicy Beef Noodle, and the cucumber/tomato salad. This location also has the pop machine where you can customize your drink!

We enjoyed nice chicken noodle in the open space and also they allow the pets to be with you while we enjoyed the noodles and even pet had some chicken too. I also a chicken noodle soup that was amazing.

This is one of my familys favorite places to eat out. Theres something that everyone likes and its healthy and not overpriced! The staff are always friendly and ask if they can help in anyway.
