The girl loves the Balsamic-Pesto chicken with provolone cheese on a ciabatta roll, hold the bruschetta - its too garlicky, and distracts from the otherwise delicate flavor of the pesto and balsamic cream. I like the bacon-egg-and-cheeseburger for beef, the California chicken-burger for the avocado, and the fish and chips [cod] because the beer batter comes off so easily. The Chipotle mayo is the best for dipping the steak fries, but lately we substitute our fries for steamed Broccoli - no butter, just green steamed perfection - too bad thats not bottomless like the fries. NOTE: this place is not for the shy or faint of heart, it is always loud and caters to adults with small children. NOT a sexy date place in the slightest. Did I mention free birthday meal? Best FREE birthday burger in town, and no purchase necessary!

Last time we went we were sat off to the side in clear veiw of the kitchen, the cook making our food didnt have gloves on. She kept adjusting her hat and hair and touching her face. She picked up a handfull of fries and tossed them on the plate with her bare hands! I didnt eat my food, I have taken way to many food safety classes to stomach that. I was still charged full price for my food and a manager never came over. I called them to complain, the MOD told me the GM would call back. Over a week later still nothing. I will say my fiancée really liked his burger and our onion rings were great!! Also in their defense there were like 6 cooks and she was the only one not wearing gloves, of course She had to make my food. :( Food Safety is super important, unfortunately it does not seem important to this Red Robin.

This was the second time in the last 6 months that we went to that particular Red Robin. The first time we had burgers and they were decent. Nothing special, just ok. However it took our waitress 45min to bring the food. Tonight, I decided to give it a second chance. Maybe the first time was an exception. We were there at 7:45 on Sunday evening. The place was 3/4 full. We were seated right away by the hostes. 15min later we were still waiting for someone to take our order or at least bring a couple of glasses of ice water to the table. At that point I decided to leave and never comeback. With so many restaurant choices around Troy, I dont think that mediocrity and incompetence should be rewarded.

Friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable prices. The blackened chicken is very tasty. The turkey burger, not so much. Almost all variations of regular burgers are good. The fries should be ordered EXTRA CRISPY and they are amazing. Always start with the Tower of Onion Rings. And if it happens to be a birthday celebration, they will sing and you will receive a free ice cream! Yummy! Finally, the management team is very tuned into customer service. They will make whatever happens less than perfect right. Eat here.

This place has very good food, but the service is not all that. I placed a carry out and gave them 35 minutes to make it (because I know they take a while) I ended up coming in and it was not ready. I thought to myself, ok its probably almost done. I waited for 45 minutes, the only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the manager was kind enough to comp the meal. This is still unacceptable and very upsetting. On regular days the wait is not too bad

Good service, OK food. I had the salmon last time I was there and it was very dry (overcooked). I have had burgers in the past and they were quite good. Also I like the endless side items, it does not just apply to fries, they provided endless broccoli last time i was there, and I appreciate the healthy option.

Went here for lunch. Ordered the Chicken Caesar Spinach Wrap. It was okay, and a fair price at $9.99 Never received silverware or napkins. Server was pleasant but seemed to have to many tables to be attentive do all her guest needs. I get it was the lunch rush, so maybe management should staff accordingly.

The burgers are good and theres a wide selection of them, as youd expect from a burger place, and the onion rings are excellent. The stack of rings is huge, so plan on sharing them. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, so keep that in mind if youre in the mood for something a bit more quiet.

Service was fair. Food was very good. Typical for Red Robin as the service can be very inconsistent no matter what location. The food is usually very good and their rewards program is one of the best out there for restaurants.

Good burgers, endless fries. Good service. A bit pricey for a burger. We dont order anything else here. Lots of families with small children. Free Birthday Burgers! Not my favorite burger, but I d go back again!

I had the "red ramen" burger and it was fun. Instead of a bun it used to ramen cakes and it had an Asian slaw on it. The atmosphere was very "chain" feeling but the fries were good and the staff was lovely.

We had to wait an extremely long time for our food once seated, they also offer unlimited refills on fries but only give you a small portion at a time making the wait even longer if you want more fries.

Not terribly impressed this visit. Food Quality has really changed. Stringy chicken, chewy fatty bacon and how they consider throwing brown sugar on cooked bacon to be candied bacon is beyond me?

Top shelf drink was expensive but lame. Kids meals have low quality meat (both chicken and hamburger). The wait staff was extremely nice.
