I have had Qdoba many times and always loved it. I have tried Moes and its just not the same, Qdoba will always be my mexican food go to. I have gone to this location for years and never had a bad experience, until recently. But now I will say if you want this style Mexican food and you need it from somewhere around here, go to Moes. You will have better service, and a consistent food product. Both you will not get at this particular Qdoba. Here is why: Todays visit I went in around 7:30 with a line to the door yet the lobby was almost empty. We got our food to go, but didnt walk out the door until 8:10. There were 4 people behind the line and at the cash register. Only one was actually helping get people through the line and one person was at the cash register. The third person was complaining to the cashier about how busy it was and not doing anything to help with the rush. The fourth was doing busy work like wiping down surfaces that were fine as they were. He wiped down the same surface the entire time I was in line. He finally changed gloves to start helping once my order was finally done, and failed to wash his hands (which is against the health code). My husband ordered a burrito with black beans and rice. They were out black beans and offered no replacement. When he asked for additional rice instead he was met with attitude. His burrito was wrapped in a tortilla that shredded upon trying to fold. They attempted to replace it, and poorly did so. My husbands burrito fell apart and my nachos are hardly edible with stale chewy chips. We have had similar experiences the past many times we have visited the store including: Chips with no salt Chips with no lime Cold food (which was eaten as soon as we got it, but was barely room temperature) being ignored by staff and having to shout to get service being denied change until directly asking for it basic health code violations (not washing hands before putting on gloves, cleaning chemicals being sprayed near the food, etc) Rude employees consistently long waits even when there is little to no line I have worked in food service for years. I have worked in a restaurant almost identical to this. I understand that new staff have to be trained and will make mistakes. I understand that occasionally stuff gets made wrong. All of these things didnt just happen once or twice, but have happened many times over and over for the past few months. I do not trust the safety of the food here any more and do not advise going here any more.

Absolutely terrible service their servers were extremely rude and after getting thru the line and paying for my food the very rude lady making my food/ringing me up told me to hold on a sec preceded to go in the back came back out with the manager who was completely unreasonable and very rude he informed me that I needed to leave his business because I smell like "dope" his words so I told them I would just like a refund and Ill leave then the manager refused to refund me told me he didnt have to also refused to give me any managements number and then had the nervous to threat to call the police on me... claiming the I was harassing him so I walked out ...... but long story short Im a legal Michigan medical patient I have pseudo seizures and that morning I had a very minor episode so thank you qdoba I will be looking into legal actions here

Pretty good food but had an issue recently where our order was missing some items. Filed the report on Qdobas website and got a call the next day from a manger, said they could offer me two free entrees and a side of chips, thought that was pretty great considering I wasnt expecting anything from it, she said shell write mine name down so next time I go in I just tell them what happened and my name. I go in the next day and tell the people working there the situation and this is the first theyre hearing of it. They cant even find my name written anywhere. One of them says they can turn it into a buy one get one deal and I can have some free drinks, I told them sure. Now, I check my credit card statement and I paid full price for all of this. Bit of a let down. I dont plan on returning to this qdoba anytime soon.

Absolutely terrible! Lady at cash register had her sweatshirt hood on and it wasnt even a qdoba shirt. Trash cans were both overflowing and it was not even busy. One lady stood in the line and was bashing the other employee to the others. Absolutely terrible customer service. Have always been going to this qdoba and have never had an issue. Will not be coming back. Not sure why it was so bad. Did they have a change in management at this one? Needs a lot of work!

Wow, this place was just gross. My tortilla was stale for my burrito. My partners knockout tacos were severely lacking in quality. There was just garbage everywhere. A table has a sign that said "table out of order." The tables were all covered in junk and the people working just looked tired and like they didnt care at all. They werent rude, but definitely werent friendly either. I should have walked out after seeing the state of the place.

I could happily eat at Qdobas every day. I love the food. Theres a bit a wait during the lunch rush, and sometimes I get the sense that the college kids working the counter get a bit overwhelmed during peak hours, but Ive never had any serious issues with the service. The parking situation sucks, though. I dont think theres a parking lot in town where youre more likely to get a new ding in your door.

This location is the pits. Long enough now for it to be a habit, understaffed all the time, chaotic, dirty and rude staff. Different high school kids every time you go in there. Weird. After the experience and blunder tonight Im done. Im not going back. I dont care if Chipotle is across town, or I have to settle for taco bell. Bobs is great too down the street. Done.

Fell like service is going down from what it used to be. They seemed more into rushing you so they can get to the next customer. When you ask for extra pico or quac they seemed annoyed. I understand that they need to get to the next customer cause people do not like waiting these days but an extra 10 15 secs wouldnt hurt. Nothing wrong with going that extra mile

The food is good. When I online order, though, nearly every single time the online ordering website says it will be done, in reality itll probably be done 10 minutes from that time. Their guac really is bad. Dont get the tacos either, just stick to the burritos and nachos. The tacos are soggy.

Let me start by saying how much I enjoy Qdoba. Every time I typically have a great experience, but this specific location continues to let me down. I will have to start going the extra distance to the other Westnedge location because it is worlds better.

Placed an order online at 2:00 for a 5:00 pick up. Arrived at 4:55 to pick the order up and was told the meat was on the grill and it would be another 10 minutes. This is the second horrible experience Ive here ordering online. I will not be returning.
