I made reservations for Valentines day for myself and spouse. When we arrived the hostess stated it would be a couple minutes for our table to be ready, well after 25 minutes and about twenty people that drove up and went in and were seated I went in and asked why we were not getting our table. Manager stated were setting your table now. Yah right! We ordered the special Steak and Lobster with Chocolate Crème Brûlée for desert with a bottle of wine. Meal came steak was good lobster tasted like it was cooked earlier in the day and sat under a heat lamp, rubbery and chewy, old tasting not to fresh. Came to desert waitress came by and said they ran out of the chocolate Crème Brûlée and asked if we would like their standard Crème Brûlée and we stated that would be fine. Know mind you this was around 1930 (7:30) hours in the evening. The waitress came back and stated they ran out of the Crème Brûlée also all that was left was key lime pie and some chocolate by death dish. By this time I had enough and asked to see the manager. Manager comes up and she appeared to be maybe 20 years old, I stated the issues we were having and I got the Bambi look, (deer in the headlight look) from her. Listening to her speak it was obvious she did not have the skills to cope with the situation little lone management, marketing, custom relation experience do I need to go on. Her suggestion was to take a little off the bill and gave 4 bar tokens, give me a break. Now to top it off we enjoyed the wine "Jacobs Creek - Moscato" @ $26 dollars a bottle now heres the kicker that chaps my cheeks we went looking to see if we could find the wine for our home. We found it at ABC liquors on the beach for a whopping, get this now, not on sale - $4.99 a bottle. If I could go lower than 1 star I would after that experience. Any body want some free bar token because Im darn sure I will not use then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only because I cant leave zero. I have been here many times where the service is great! This time it has been HORRIBLE, we arrived at 5:15 pm very light traffic, after we were sat and not greeted by a waitress for 10 min. She introduced herself took our drink order. She only came back with 2 out of the 3 drinks (2 sw. Tea and a water with lemon). She said what were you drinking to my mom, a water w lemon). She came back with the water WITH NO LEMON! The waitress told us she would be right back, 20 min later still no waitress! So I grabbed one of the host to request a new waitress. Our waitress came back and asked if we placed our order, we said no and then she says "Am I your waitress?" Ummm you are the waitress, you are supposed to know that! She was still confused after we told her she is our waitress. The manager Dante came by to see what was wrong. He told us he would take care of it and he let this crazy koo koo waitress still wait on us. Oh and those lemon finally came 25 min later. I am writing this review in real time it is now 6:44 and my dad now has his salad. This is the worst service I have ever recieved anywhere ever! I never post reviews but I think everyone should know the kind of experience you might have at Bonefish with poor lack of training. Dante came back to see us and said someone else would be taking care of us, probably saw me writing this review sitting at the table waiting for our entrees. I guess family dinner would of been better at home with a ham sandwich!

I visited here a little over a month ago and when the bread came there was a hard foreign object inside. Very 1st bite, I felt a jolt and it actually broke a porcelin tooth on bridgework. Had a witness at my table, showed the waitress, the manager, spoke to several other managers and yet I get a letter from their insurance that they have concluded there was no foreign object in my food. I guess it was Roxanne"s "polite" way of calling me a liar. They seemed laser focused on disclaiming any kind of responsibility whatsoever so I would not feel confident that any measures were taken to ensure no one else is injured. I am not finished exploring my options but I certainly wony give them any more of my $$$$$ and every time the hospital staff want to go out for cocktails and snacks it will not be here. I understand that things can happen. I never though it intentional but it is how it is remedied, how they treat you as a customer, how they intend to fix it. None of that happened here, like I said it was more about claiming its not my fault. Yes it was, be careful, eat here at your own risk because you arent getting any help if you are hurt here and Roxanne is your insurance contact. Too bad I was a big fan and spent a lot of $$$$ here annually. No more

Well the place was freezing to begin with. My steak was 65% bone and fat and the spinach and asparagus was not edible. I always thought asparagus was a veggie that you could eat with no seasoning at all but I found a way to try it and leave it. If the spinach had tasted that way when I was a kid I would never have developed a taste for it. Verified they had clam chowder in addition to corn chowder and waiter said yes. I received corn chowder. $70.00 tip and all. If I had gone to Golden Corral I would have been at a temp i could be comfortable at, ate anything I wanted for $25.00 for the two of us and wouldnt have gone home wishing i would have stayed home. Im not one to say anything at the table but will leave my work # in case any one there wants to make it up to me. Will update my post and improve my star rating if I get any satisfaction but for now I would avoid this place like the plague. 763-6600

My mothers meal started off a bit rocky. Her Bang-Bang shrimp were not near the quality shes used to as shes a "frequent flyer" here and that shrimp is the only thing she ordered. The turning point... The manager, Tim, came out and was incredibly sincere, apologetic and kind! He genuinely felt bad and strived for my mother to get something shed like so she wouldnt leave hungry. And she did not leave hungry. He brought out a wonderful dish (grilled shrimp and scallops) and she loved it! The food was fresh, hot and fully flavored. The customer service I received here was one of the best Ive ever experienced. His willingness to please and ensure customers have a great experience in his restaurant is the reason I will be back here. Paije was also a fantastic server!

My husband and I went for a early dinner Sunday afternoon about 5:00, the waitress was very friendly, but seemed frazzled, she informed us she was also our bartender, after ordering a glass of wine which she promptly brought. The manager informed us the entree we ordered was not available, this is after 35 minutes of waiting for our appetizer(which we ordered the same time as the wine). One of the salads we ordered was not correct, and everyone that worked there seemed to be "helter skelter". In addition to the poor service we could here the intercom for all the orders being placed, it felt like we were at a ball game. We have always loved going to your restaurant in the past, but this experience is going to decide differently in the future.
