Visited tonight for my daughters 17th B-Day, at her request. Never again! 1st let me start by saying our waiter was great! Everything else about the place was awful. It took 55 minutes for us to receive our first round of endless appetizers. We saw two food runners come by on different occasions with appetizers and they had no idea where they were supposed to go. They sincerely looked confused. Even approached two tables and asked if they were theirs. We seen appetizers get set down on an empty table because they could not figure out where they belong! Paying $12.99 for Endless appetizers and you only get two rounds that you actually ordered in 3 hrs is a little ridiculous. I ended up speaking to the manager with the hopes that she would be able to make the rest of the night better for my daughter! She quickly rush ordered a round of appetizers out to our table. However, those as well as the next round were not what we had ordered but seem to be whatever the kitchen wanted to send us. When I mentioned to the manager how long we had waited and that it didnt seem fair for us to pay for Endless Appetizers and only get one appetizer within an hour. Her (the manager) response to me was, "Well you came on a busy night and my bar is full. They will be leaving soon and then my kitchen will be able to have them out to you quicker". It seemed they just sent out whatever they wanted and more than what we ordered. SMH. When It came time to pay the tab the manager "Compd" the smallest tab at my table and $13.00 on another persons $120.00 but not a single dime on my tab of $145 and I was the one with the complaints and issues! She claims I shouldve brought it to her attention sooner! I DID! Instead of doing what ANY manager in ANY other restaurant wouldve done, and compensated me, she decided to get into a verbal dispute and fussing back and forth, yelling back and forth in a full restaurant! She was overwhelmed and had too much on her plate. Certainly seemed as if this job is too much for her to handle. She had MULTIPLE waitresses needing her help and I PERSONALLY watched her comp a total of 3 tickets! So, I have made reports to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, TGIF Customer Line, Social Media and now Google tonight. Our party of 12 spent over $275.00! She should have made a better effort to correct what her establishment was responsible for screwing up! She has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL so called manager I have ever encountered in my life! I will stick to what I know to be great establishments with great management.... Texas Road House and Olive Garden! We WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant. Sincerely disappointed in our decision to come here for my daughters B-Day.

The server did not clear off the table until WE had bussed it and asked him to take the empty appetizer plates and our entree plates while we finished our cake for the party (9 people but only 7 people were eating). My nephew had an empty sprite for the entirety of his birthday meal. His step father went up to the bar and refilled my nephews cup himself. Two servers walked up to the bar, watched him refill the cup, and then walked away. One of our appetizers was cold. All of the burgers that were ordered were way over well done, one of them was supposed to be medium and the other 3 should have been med-well. My burger was two hockey pucks with cheese and bacon that I asked not be put on there. Bacon makes me very sick and the fact that I asked for NO BACON on my burger was completely neglected. A party of 7 should not have overwhelmed this server. He seemed more than capable seeming as his only other table was a 2 top and how confident he seemed. He stood around but did not feel the need to do his job tonight. I am very disappointed and will not be returning for a long time. I expect my very large family wont be returning either.

We want here for the endless apps. Our server was friendly, but several things made our stop here less than ideal. Despite a moly empty restaurant, they seated us across from someone staring directly at a tv overhead, giving us the feeling of being watched. We moved, but still weird. Then the apps were just ok. Its hyped up and you can really do better, its not a good deal. We also got some sort of odd spongy non-food item on one of our potato skins. It was like a cigarette filter that had been soaking in gray water. Not sure what that gross thing was about. At first shrugged it off to be pleasant, but it grew increasingly gross in my mind as time passed. Like WTF was that omg WTFWTFWTFWTFWTF WTF this is all I can think about on my date. Think they did it on purpose to ensure we wouldnt eat too much. But we did anyway, gross. Didnt realize how much wed eaten from these small plates of fod and left feeling like a huge, disgusting pig. We were, true. But its not too late for you, yet. Save yourselves. :)

My boyfriend and I use to go to fridays on 23rd every week about 2-3 times a week. one day we went for happy hour and instead of charging 2/3 dollars per drink like normal the waitresses charged us top shelf for all our drinks and didnt include happy hour price either. she admitted it was "her mistake" and said she "couldnt fix it". so when she refused/couldnt fix our bill we decided to find a new regular place (chilis) . today almost a year later we went to use our fridays points that we have saved up on a burger and it wouldnt accept our points. at first they said it wasnt there problem and we would need to pay but after talking to the server a bit they were able to comp our burger. I was very happy to be treated with respect and will return. if they had not done so we would have NEVERRRR returned again. one bad experience kept us away for a year. two would have been too much for us. thank you fridays for fixing the issue tonight.

Terrible service, very slow. We had to wait at least 20 min before I mentioned to a waitress that we are thirsty and would like to start our order. 10 min after this comment our designated waitress came out to take the drink order. The food took over an hour.... but at least it was good. The waitress never came back out to check if we want more to drink or anything. When I was ready to pay I had to go inside and wait another 5 min before I was able to tell somebody that I want to pay. On top of all of this I got over charged....

This is our favorite restaurant. We come here often and always enjoy it! I would recommend becoming Stripes members as they offer some great discounts for their stripes customers as well as free chips and salsa! Just awesome!!! Just stopped in to Fridays again for lunch. Even better than the last time! We had to of there flat iron steaks and they were just awesome. Cooked to perfection and much better then you will get most high-end restaurants!! Kudos to the staff, waitresses, Cooks!!! Great job¡!!!!!!!
