I called ahead to put our name on wait list and was told no wait list and when we got there we had to wait. There were plenty of seats but were told had to wait til waiter came to work as we needed to be seated in that area.We had two children with us and I thought it was ridiculous. We ordered a blooming onion , and waited what seemed like forever. Our salad came and still no onion. Finally the manager came to our table and said no charge for onion ,it was given to someone else by mistake. I thought this was the end of errors but then my prime rib came and it was red and bleeding, cooked rare but I ordered medium and so waitress had to take it back. Needless to say I didnt get to eat with my family. They had finally brought the Blooming onion and it was small and burned with grease oozing out, I would never pay for something like that. The waitress never came back to see if we needed a refill on our drinks.This was not an enjoyable evening,I dont think well ever eat there again.Not worth the agony!

Ive ate at Outback many times. Weve taken company there several times. Today was the worse experience ever. First, I called and asked if they were serving the sirloin steak and lobster tail special, and was told they were. But when I ordered it they said the only one available was the filet of steak and lobster for $25.99. Our bread was brought to the table without any bread plates for the four of us to use. My husband ordered steak and shrimp, medium rare and I ordered steak with crabmeat , medium. My steak was very ,very rare and had to be sent back. My husband said his steak was very tough . He wouldnt send it back because the manager had already been to our table twice, he just said he would never eat there again . I said I was going to write a review and see if Outback would do anything to make it right before passing judgement. The best part of the entire meal was the blooming onion!

I have eaten here quite a few times and its always quite busy often having to wait 30 mins to 1hr for seating. Food has been really good no complaints except for the last time I ordered 2 take out orders for the advertised steak and lobster. I soooo wish I could upload a photo because this was the least appealing food dish I have ever seen and it tasted horrible! It had no steak sauce or drippings like the commercial states. On the commercial everything looks delicious! What they served me however was small, dry, black and had looked like it was sitting out for hoursss! It looked like a salmon patty on top of a black rock literally! I called management to correct this, which they did. I will be returning but if I ever get takeout Im looking at it before I get home to be disappointed. I suggest you do the same!

Friday night. Five of us. We ordered three steaks with shrimp; two garlic and butter, one fried. I ordered the Pork chop ("Porterhouse", I think they call it). The last of the party ordered the Mahi-mahi. The appetizer (Bloomin Onion) showed up promptly. When the meals finally showed up, two of the three steaks were badly overcooked, and my wifes was Medium, rather than the Medium Rare she ordered. My pork, ordered medium, was almost raw around the bone. The fried shrimp was overcooked. The mahi and the garlic shrimp were okay. The manager was very apologetic, but the kitchen couldnt have done a much worse job. Heather did a great job serving us.

Great food and service as always but disappointed that our lunch was not accepted as part of the AARP Members Save 15% offer. The manager said that it did not apply to Saturdays. The offer however, promotes the savings as "Valid for dinner Monday through Thursday or lunch every day". We were told that lunch on Sundays would apply but not Saturdays. following my questions about this issue in an email to the store, the manager contacted me by phone to understand what took place. I am very impressed with this restaurants customer service. They truly care on delivering the best experience for their customers.

Ordered a pork porterhouse, they brought steak; ordered a filet, got a flat iron; reported a garlic allergy, they withheld the seasoning on the wrong plate; ordered broccoli, got mixed veggies. The other four plates were fine. The food took so long that they apologized for the delay 3 times. Gave two stars instead of 1 because they were upfront about the garlic error so we could treat it before it got too bad and because they compd the entire meal.

The furniture is ripped up, the staff are very friendly but slow slow slow! Medium steak meals took 1hr and 14 minutes to come out. The manager slows the process also. The garlic potatoes that are normally delicious were runny, bland and undercooked. My shrimp skewer was so over cooked I had to rip pieces off because it fixed to the stick. My kids were finished eating 20 mins before our food made it out. Dont waste your time or money.

On 9-20-16 I walked into this restaurant with less than half the tables filed. Was promptly seated at a corner table and in the next five minutes the adjoining table had a waitress appear several times. Approximately five minutes after I was seated the table next to me had a party of four seated. At about the 10 minute mark the party of four got waited on and I figured it was time to leave. Will not return to this restaurant.

Made a reservation for our company christmas dinner. But still had to wait almost an hour. Then they tried to seat my whole company in one booth. What a joke. We refused that table. And then was made to wait again for another 15 minutes. When we was finally seated our waiter went above and beyond to make our party enjoyable. The Food was very good. And our waiter was very nice.

We were there for my brothers birthday. We booked in advance and the tables were ready at 5:15 for our arrival on a Friday night. The service was wonderful for our group of 18. The food was perfect for my husband and I. The filet was melt in your mouth delicious. We had the shrimp and steak with a boulinaise topping. Dont know if I spelled that right or not. Anyway we will be back.

Our familys Go To steakhouse is Outback Steakhouse. Service has always been supurb. Sunday night they seemed to be understaffed, but the staff that was there were so gracious. Observed a wonderful spirit of teamwork. I mention this only in hopes management will recognise the quality of their staff and to commend their fine service. We look forward to our next visit.

This place is pretty good. Really like it much better after the renovations and the staff is nice to boot. The food is on par for the Outback chain, so if you like their spin on the cuisine, make your way in for a visit. I highly suggest trying the Oreo shake, just ask for a regular straw since the cardboard ones they use to have had an awkward mouth feel.

Just not cooking with love. Our steaks have been cooked wrong the past couple of times. My entree was a salad which was thrown together. Management was very nice each time but we cant always wait to have our food recooked. This past time, we had a take out order hoping quality was back to where it was last year and there were hairs in my salad.
