Worst experience Ive ever had at any fast food restaurant. I pulled up and 4 of the workers were standing outside smoking. Both tacos ordered had no sour cream and a tiny bit of meat. They were also very cold. Nachos had barely any cheese. I called the number on the receipt 4 times and no answer. I had to drive back up and speak to a "manager" who I am not convinced was actually a manager. Ive never been treated so poorly. He told me I was wrong and called me a liar. He then slammed the window in my face and went back outside with 3 people to smoke. I could have cried. He did not listen or care at all about my concerns. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I am not sure if its different during the day but I went at night and the person I spoke to was Mitch. I will be going back in the morning to speak to someone else. I am also calling there higher up manager.

I could describe my last trans action with this Taco bell but it might take too long to describe the full events off the bad experience from the first telephone call through the final pick up. The crew is NOT trained in customer relationships and it seems the true manager delegates the responsibility to handle problems to those beneith. To top it off, the food got cold from everything that happened and the order was still incorrect after at least 6-8 minuets of them trying to make it right. Our compensation? AN order of cinn. twisty crisp things and an apologetic "sorry" from someone who wouldnt identify herself as manager even though we asked to deal with the manager. We DID get her name off her name tag. Lets see how corporate responds. Almost EVERYONE I ever talk to about this Taco Bell has bad things to say about it.

Had to wait for food, the went to counter to pick up food and had to put all the food on the tray myself. My grandson had to sit on a not so clean booster seat. Food is not bad but service was not good. Also they were out of straws and silverware. Had to ask to get some, but instead of them handing me a fork, they put it in the container so I had to get one myself when I was standing at the counter. The drink station was also not clean. Ive had better experences there, what happen to them. They werent that busy.

Its 1250am and i have been waiting 10 min at the drive threw for food. Pulled up u could see people. 5 min at the order sign no one pulled up to the window no one inside. Talked to 2 guys eating outside said they were still open. Well i went back threw saw people again. Got to the speaker nothing again. I know they saw me. Well 5min then went to the window then i guy walked up really slow. I asked him are you still open. He said yes pull around. Then i was pist two other cars a head of me.

I had to go in because the drive thru was too slow (not busy, just slow) the inside was a mess. The overweight manager maybe ate a little too much lunch as she is making tacos with her shirt tucked in everywhere but her stomach as if she were full and had to unbutton her pants. There was trash and food everywhere in the back..... This is not an uncommon occurance. Not my number one choice but I do love mexican pizza

Its not a food issue, its a service issue. I understand that lunch time its busy, however, they are typically under staffed and not near productive enough. Its usually this way 75% of the time. I try to go just before or a while after lunch to make it a little better. Good luck.

Great job guys u relly gud job we got fre burito becuz guy in drive thru didnt want ut. Thank u. I didnt eat it but I am going to throw it at a car. It iz gunna be hilarious. I am so funny. I hope it really irritates the guy that we throw it at. Wish me luck ~Chuck

Waited more than 15 minutes for food. I think the person who was busy cleaning up the right side food prep area should have stopped cleaning and helped prepare food. No hustle out of anybody. Didnt even apologize for the wait when I finally did get our food.

Go to the nearest taco bell and you will understand why i gave this 1 star. its honestly a sad attempt at a restaurant that either gives you diarrhea or makes you vomit. Im sick and i dont think i can go to school tomorrow. thanks taco bell.

The service isnt always great. Ive gotten burritos with over cooked beans in it, chicken quesadillas with only a few pieces of chicken in it. Every time I eat there I leave with a bad upset stomach. Im full! No. More like Im sick!

Service is slow and employees act uninterested. Some off duty employees were eating in the dining room and they left and got Jets Pizza. That should tell you something. Qdoba opening just down the street at Main and Gould SOON!

Wish I could leave a lower score for removing Limited Time Items from the menu. It should be against the law to remove an item if it is as good as the enchilada burrito and naked chicken chalupa!!!!!

The burrito supreme had no meat in it and no tomato or sour cream. The cinnamon twists were not fried long enough. The Owosso taco bell is bad and needs better employees and better made food.

When its not busy, service is fast and accurate for us. When its busy, it takes a while for food. But overall Ive never experienced anything very bad here. We like to eat here as a family.

Often unorganized, need solid managers. Many times order is missing items and food is not wrapped neat making a huge mess when opened. Hopefully I can give higher rating in future.

A nice Taco Bell, easy to get in and out of. Food is good. Service isnt too bad. Can get really busy being the only Taco Bell in town.
