I havent been to this location just yet. Ive been going to the one on Middlebrooke Pike because its closer to where I live! I love the Swiss & Spinach Bagel the most! I love it when they toast it in the toaster, then they bring it to where you are sitting. I really enjoy that! Its nice to enjoy such pleasant hospitality there! Its not a rushed atmosphere, like at a donut shop, like Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme. I can just sit down and take my time, but it starts to pick up the pace, say around rush hour, or when school lets out for the day, Ill go on out, either home or maybe somewhere else, like maybe the Mall , library, or over to McKays.

This place is my guilty pleasure stop! There bagels are so SO good! My personal favorite is cinnamon apple bagel Holy Cow lets hope your not counting calories or carbs or whatever! There coffee is superb, again my guilty pleasure is the caramel macchiato with whip cream wow! Why would you want a fivebucks coffee that is so so when you could have this amazing coffee! I was stopping in on a regular basis and they knew me by name! That was pretty cool but trying to be good lately and it sucks! Oh the other thing I love there is there apple wood bacon, egg and cheese bagel! OK now I need a bagel thanks a lot!

I came in on a Friday afternoon around 5:30. The bagel selection was good and the coffee from the self-serve dispensers was piping hot. I liked how there were matching caffeinated and decaffeinated coffees so I could blend mine. The service was fantastic, from the guy who took my order to the guy who served as cashier. The ladies bathroom was clean and well-equipped, though the toilet paper dispenser had apparently frustrated someone who dismantled it, allowing full access to the megaroll of TP.

First issue - allowing William to sit outside the door, basically soliciting, is not welcoming. William portrays himself as homeless however this is not the true facts and he makes snide comments to women Second issue - bagels with strong flavors should not be placed in the same vicinity as those that do not have the same flavor profile (i.e. garlic bagels next to poppy - yuk)

This place is very expensive for the quantity of food. McDonalds coffee is better and bigger for a buck. Ive eaten at Einsteins all over the country but even when the company pays, I cringe at the cost. I cant complain about the taste of anything but I notice the gourmet bagels are noticeably thin. We still come back when we want a treat.

Beats S***bucks every time. Better service, better products. Dont waste your money on overpriced coffee at that other place. Plus, Einsteins doesnt support Planned Parenthood and its sale of baby parts like that other palce does.

Just had the worst breakfast sandwich every from this resturant! The egg was like a piece of cardboard. Thanks Einstein! And I asked for a Green Chile bagel and ended up with plain!
