I called because my order was taken incorrectly and I wanted to come back to change it. The server on the phone was extremely rude about it and told me it was MY mistake and she didnt know what I wanted her to do about it. I proceeded to talk to another server, she was just as rude agreeing with the FIRST rude server. THEN, the owner gets in the phone and expresses that the rude service was okay and he cant confirm that I said I wanted chili so the server was right. I tried to explain to him that the food was not the issue. It was the customer service that I received when I called. I told him I eat there all the time and I dont appriciate how I was being talked to. He told me I can take my service where ever I wanted to if I dont like the service. Clearly this place does not care about their customers being respected or losing service over rude servers.

Well I just left Westside picking up a carryout. I enter the store and got in line behind the carryout section to wait for my food. A customer in front of me informs me to cash out to the right. Several minutes went by I received no acknowledgement what so ever. I stood at the register in front of another waitress while she was organizing tickets, then walked away! The guy in line behind me was cashed out right in front of me, then after the short older lady with glasses stood at the register, there was an awkward moment of silence, then she finally asked if I was ready to cash out..granted my food was on the counter the whole time I was waiting for some type of service or greeting. Usually this place has great service but today was terrible. Hopefully the food will make up for this service.

The wait staff was nice if you look like them ... I ordered carry out gyro omelette with spinach , bacon, swiss cheese .. In a condescending tone the waitress implied " lemme get you some hot sauce n katchup" ignorance truly . I smiled n polite manner and replied "No maam I dont need hot sauce for eggs"thanks. I guess THATS y she chose the job, no brainer ! SAD ..racist are everywhere I just figured money was green and still spendable. THANKS BUT NO THANKS ! order was wrong they and charged for each ingredient b ut did not add them and gave me yoked omelette with American cheese. I called back to inform them of the error..extra polite and just shared I simply will never return !

Worst service ever!! I was in here on 11/22/16 ..I was by myself with my baby and asked for fries that werent over cooked..mind you I asked super nicely.. when it seemed to be an issue the waitress got an attitude with me and I told her do not worry about it she doesnt need to bring the new Fries...she did anyways & was pleasant but she must have talked to everybody else because I was Stared down ...given dirty looks...and when I was cashed out not one word was said to me nothing.. No have a nice day ...how was your meal..etc. I wouldnt eat here again if the food was free

On two different occasions I have had terrible service. From the wait times to put in a carryout to the attitudes of the waitresses. I believe I know why my service was terrible and by reading some of the comments I am not alone. The second time turned into a confrontation with the owner because he kept trying to tell me to "Listen Listen" like I was his child. So after I checked him,he gave me my money back. It was only after I had to let him know its HIS waitress fault my order was wrong and SHE AGREED! Nonetheless, I wont be returning.

Went in today, sat next to cash register at the snack bar and waited 15 minutes just for coffee while wait staff walked by me. Watched people come in 10 minutes after me and get there food before me. Manager seems uncaring and not concerned about issues. Watched an officer, plain clothes, ask for the manager and saw wait staff talk to him and he said I dont have time for that and blew him off. Gave this place one more chance and will never return. Should never go into a place and have to wait 40 minutes just for a couple eggs.

Everyone is friendly. I enjoy seeing the very short Italian looking woman shes very kind and knowledgeable about everything. Shes a great asset to the company. Im not sure if it is her but every time I go there my food is perfect. They do great work.

Completely unaware of the time they close. I approached the door and this lady just speed walks to the door and locks it right in front of me at 3:10 pm on a Sunday. Also their grits are always undercooked. Ill continue going to Novi coney island.

Awful. The health department should visit here more often. The service, frankly didnt happen. I got up and got my own water refills and we waited 15 minutes for the to go container so we got that ourselves. The food, horrible.

The french toast here is deliciously made. The Chicken Gyro Supreme is also on top of my list. The pair between the marinated chicken and feta cheese is divine. Yum! 10/10 do recommend. Excellent wait staff always.

Been coming to West side since they were a hole in the wall diner. Great food at really good prices. Highly recommend eating here. Service is only delayed depending on what time you arrive. Place is clean.

Great place to eat and good prices. The fodd is excellent and the portion is large. Breakfast is great, they have the best Greek salads and Chilli Fries, very freindly employees, clean, and good location.

Love Westside. Get the Coney omelette! Or do what I do, order something else and convince your kid to get the Coney omelette and then eat it off their plate while they glare at you.
