My boyfriend and I called to order delivery around 7:30 am on a Saturday. We were told the driver does not get there until 8 after we gave the order. About 8:30 rolls around and we called to ask where our food was since we were told it would be here around 8:15. We only live 2 minutes away from the restaurant and didnt know why it was taking so long. When we called, the lady was very rude and said they were waiting on the driver but our food was made. We asked how long it had been sitting out to ensure it would not be cold. She said it was made a few minutes ago and that we should get it shortly. Finally at 8:45 we got our food. We tipped the driver almost 40% since the driver we had seen before and liked. She PROMISED our food was not cold. We opened our food to find uncooked cheese, soggy toast, cold pancakes, and no ranch that we had asked for. Everything was cold and gross, we just threw it out. Needless to say, the food was terrible and we were told our food would not be cold. We should have canceled our order and gone to mcdonalds again, no matter how nasty those breakfast sandwiches are, it would have tasted better than the cold, uncooked food we had received. My boyfriend and I used to eat there often, but we will never order or go back again!

The food is good. Or so I hear. I wouldnt know, since I ordered a delivery 1 hr 45 min ago, and I had to call THEM to learn that they "got backed up" and "wouldnt be there for a least another hour". I cancelled the order and now I am hungry and pissed off! Unfortunately for me, the $40 order and $10 tip went on my credit card and the refund will take god knows how long. Walking to Subway, what a drag. Wont waste my time ordering from these guys again.

This restaurant changed ownership and is 1000% better than ever! The food is amazing, and the prices are great. The old management had a terrible reputation, but believe me - times have changed. The staff is really nice, my son loves to come for chocolate chip pancakes, and the dining room is usually very clean. Please try these guys out - you wont be disappointed!

I usually like coming to this restaurant but today my experience there was not so satisfactory my hash browns were a little too greasy and amount of eggs that I got was not satisfactory need them after paying $6 for them but both the time it is a good restaurant I dont know who was the cook today but I was not happy with it

My boyfriend found this place when he moved here. We go at least once a week and always have a wonderful meal! The staff is GREAT and always accommodating to my specific dietary needs. Portions are large for the price, really we have no complaints. "Our neighborhood greasy spoon".

Pilot at Willow Run and the FBO didt have a crew car available. My passengers wanted steaks for the ride home. American Grill delivered 6 NY strip dinners with salads at a very reasonable price. The quality was superb! I highly recommend!

Good food and fair portions to price. The dinning are is a little small, but very clean. Dont sit in the chairs, they padding is worn down and they hurt your butt, the booths are great though.
