Very clean restaurant. The service was great. The other waitresses were friendly too, and even topped off my coffee when serving their tables. The food came out quickly. I ordered the grilled chicken breast which is smothered in grilled green peppers, mushrooms, onions and mozzarella cheese. This could be improved though...the chicken was thin cutlets, one of the thinner ones was very rubbery, slightly thicker pieces of chicken will result in tender and juicy chicken. The chicken also didnt seem to have any seasoning, but whatever, I added salt. The green peppers, onion, and mushroom didnt appear to be grilled, this wouldve been much better if they were fried in a little butter or oil until browned. It wasnt horrible, I ate it, but it could certainly be made better with some simple improvements, it was pretty bland. With the dinner you get an entree, soup or salad, a veggie, and a choice of a potato, plus they bring a bread basket. Thats a lot of food, and my dinner was only $8.49, so I really shouldnt complain, the vegetable choice seems like kind of an afterthought though. They had a choice of corn or green beans. We chose green beans because we are watching carbs, they were cold, mushy, canned green beans. Cooked frozen veggies would be a better option, like some steamed broccoli, or mixed veggies, but like I said youre getting a lot of food for the price so I shouldnt complain too much. My daughter had fries, and they couldve been fresher. I think this is probably a great lunch spot for simple coney island type foods. Dinners probably are going to be pretty basic. Some other positives other than the great service and cleanliness were the coffee. They have great coffee. Each pot is freshly ground. Its akin to a full-bodied donut shop coffee, very close to Dunkin Doughnuts, if you like weak coffee, you wont like this, its about medium strength. I would totally come in just for their coffee. The homemade buttermilk ranch was soooo good! I would give this place another try though!

Our office had five different pick up orders. I called and she couldnt even get the initial order correct until I repeated myself 4 times. It was 30 minutes for the order to be ready according to the lady when it would be ready. I went and picked it up. I asked to make sure everything was in there. She verified everything was in there. When I got back to our office, half the food was freezing cold & things were missing. When I called to inform them about it and see what they could to do make it right (since we paid for the missing food). The lady on the phone first informed me the reason the food was cold was because I walked outside and then drove LESS THAN A HALF MILE back to the office. The other reason they forgot the food was because they said they were too busy. If a DINER is too busy to get an order right than maybe they shouldnt be in business. She also proceeded to blame me for not knowing the food was missing and why it was cold. She then proceeded to say that she stated she was sorry and she didnt know what else she can do about it. She then said if I wanted to bring it ALL back and wait another 30 minutes she would cook it again. I think that this place needs to go to a class or two about customer service and how to treat customers. Blaming the customer for them making the food wrong and it being cold when I literally had a 3 minute drive is very very unacceptable. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will NEVER go back there again and I will let everyone I know to not go there.

Been there many times. One bad server doesnt make the whole place bad. My food has always been hot.and the place is always full and clean. There are times they are so busy they might have a wait and have to clean a table for us. I would say theyll be there a long time. When you order out you risk cold food!! You cant keep toast hot even at home . Ill tell you if I get bad service too but first I tell the manager or the owner!! They like to know so they can make it better. We love this place!

Terrible customer service, I cant believe the way we were treated on the phone, blamed us for the order being wrong, seriously? we want our order correct the first time not money off the next order, very rude and unprofessional, never again, food was not what was described on the menu, cold food 3 minutes after leaving the restaurant. i see the doors closing on this place soon.

Terrible customer service. We ordered from there and our food was cold we were missing things and when we called to have it fixed they tried to blame us for it being cold and not checking whats in there. Then tried to say we would have to bring all of it back and wait another half hour for it to be fixed. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had.

The quality of food here is sub par to say the least. I ordered a BLT with Avocado and a regular breakfast with lightly scrambled eggs. The avocado was hard and flavorless because it was unripe, and those lightly scrambled eggs were as solid as sausage patty. The service was okay, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired.

I have nothing but good things to say about Front Street Diner. The food, staff, and atmosphere are all great. My son and I eat there at least once a week. We never leave disappointed. The salads are amazing!
