I arrived shortly after the power went out with a line of customers about 10 deep. This left the line of customers beginning to quickly wrap entirely around the entire store. Ben (The Manger) never instructed his staff to do anything to remedy the customer issues nor did his staff prepare for the growing line of customers (40/50) (food was not filled on the line nor staged). After 30 mins I assume he and tech support resolved the "problem" and then Ben the manager immediately began to SWEEP THE FLOOR. He left only one staff member on the initial stage and one on final and final cashier. I counted at least 6 staff members on-site. I asked him if this was his first day and he replied, "No." I then asked him what he was doing, he responded by telling me that he "didnt think I wanted to eat at a Dirty restaurant"; I pointed out that the food prep area was already complete disaster (and I was at the beginning on the growing line) that he had already missed that management point." After waiting that long to get my food; which was prepared poorly. I was charged for a drink and then handed a water cup... To say I was stunned at this "managers" performance and the operations of this store was an understatement.

I have to be very sincere about this particular place. My wife knows me for being a very picky person when it comes to eating out. Chipotle had been one of my last picks to dine in before I tried this location. Ive been to several locations around starting from the Airport and all the way to North Georgia. I know it is not supposed to be this way but Ive noticed that every place has a different atmostphere as well as a different taste on their grilled meats, salsas, rice and beans. Ever since I stopped by this Mall of GA location, Chipotle has become my top ONE pick for a fast food meal. I cannot describe the accuracy on all of their tastes. The rice is perfect, the beans, the salsas.. I always stand there and give thumbs up to the guy on glasses grilling the best chicken Ive tasted. Not only that, but also the particular way he cuts those meats like art. Sometimes is another short guy or a girl but they got it down as well. Perfect service from all of the young staff. I do not mind driving here 30 minutes every weekend to have a great tastefull meal. Thank you for a perfect taste Chipotle on Buford Dr!

First of all I love their food ! But their customer service is terrible ! I always order online for pick up and the website specifically says to up to register there is no need to wait in line . So thats exactly what did . When I arrived the guy at the register looked at me and did not say one word to me. So I just stood there , watched him as he took about 5 customers and watch him stand there waiting for the next Customer to finish building their bowl he looked at me again and walked to the back to clean off a tray so then the girls building the bowls & burritos just stared at me standing there . So then he comes back out & looks at me again doesnt say one word . So he takes one more customer & finally says something to me ! At this point I was so mad didnt say anything to him ! He forgot my sons apple juice and my salad dressing ! This isnt the first time this happens to me ! I was so frustrated! He couldve said hello Ill be right with you. I understand if he was busy but he wasnt I went on a Thursday late afternoon . And there were only like maybe 6 people in line !!

Went in for interview it was dead quiet waited 30mins it became busy which is inappropriate to discuss business after watching the teenage employees(1s who was goofn off) grab eachother butt and crotch in sexual context I left I dont need this stress working in this environment ...obviously no rules here and at 30 years old i was probably old person there ,which begs to differ if they could even afford me ...bad energy the second I walked in whats even worse is spacing its extremely small ...(had to leave a star but didnt want to)

The staff is totally incompetent. Their line is always miles long because they only have one register. Theyre constantly out of things. The dressing containers will often have barely any dressing in them. Theyre disorganized. They often forget to put obvious things in your to-go order (like kids juice box with a kids meal or the chips, dressings for salads, etc.). I go here often because I like the food and its healthy, but rarely do I ever have an enjoyable experience.

Well first off you cant top a bomb burrito... And when you throw in a great staff, quick on their feet and still smiling through the lunch or dinner rush! This location is quite a tight squeeze when it gets busy however the guys and gals behind the counter crank out the meals like its what they were born to do! Also they interact with customers as they order. This is incredibly important to me considering that connection is lost on a vast majority of todays society.

Im a regular customer I went to many chipotle restaurants but i really love chipotle from mall of georgia , it go so much better. Service is fantastic they are so nice they have such a good mood and so respectful and of course Food is delicious .I highly recommend everybody to try mall of Georgia restaurant specialty at nites. I love it.

Terrible chipotle. Typically the staff is trained to move the line quickly. This chipotle staff is not. Spend 40 minutes in line. A line that would have generally taken 5-10 minutes tops at normal chipotles. It looked like they did not have a manager working the dinner rush

We have been going to this Chipotle since it opened, and the food, service, and cleanliness has progressively gotten worse. The food that we had today was very bland and not to the standards that the overall company upholds. We will go to other locations from now on.

After almost 30 minutes waiting in line we finally got our food made.. We got the steak burritos and the steak is the only thing I didnt like, it was very chewy and seemed over cooked.. Next time, I will get a veggie burrito. The rice and salsa were very good!

I love coming to Chipotle. If you want chips I have a secret way of getting that same crunch without paying more. Get the hard tacos and build it like you would if you were getting a bowl. Then just break up the tacos in the bowl and there goes your crunch.

I had a great expiriance when i went to go get my chicken bowl yesterday , everyone seem happy and were very patient with me . The line was moving really fast so it only took me about 3mins! Thank you guys keep up the good work and the delicious food !
