The library pub is a Novi standard. Its comfortable, its cozy, its easy. Its been through its ups and downs, empty one day, randomly slammed the next. The atmosphere is very easy. It is set up more like a restaurant, but it is still obviously a bar too. Multiple times, late on a Friday or Saturday night, Ive see childrens sports teams surrounded by drunk tables. Which isnt anyones fault, (except maybe the team moms and dads) but this is the varied crowd the library pub draws. I think its because the Library pub is a restaurant during the day, and their kitchen is open late. Either way its always baffling. They have a fairly large menu, the food is fine, typical American standard, and the kitchen always seems to be open. Beer pitchers are reasonable, but not the cheapest (but this place isnt too dive-y, so its fine). They dont have super trendy cocktails, nor artisinal eats, nor hipster nonsense of any sort. They do have trivia nights though ☹. Its a cozy hometown bar/restaurant, and its perfectly serviceable as that. Though be mentally prepared to see people you went to highschool with.

Love this spot! Great sports bar that has excellent food and even more excellent drink prices. Anytime I was able to get a Grey Goose and club soda for less than 7$ I was doing good back when I lived in Michigan and drank that particular drink. I cant remember the exact price but it was under 6$. AMAZING! I always met interesting people at the bar when I would come here alone or with a friend and the girls from work ALWAYS loved coming here for after work drinks. They have trivia night and all kinds of specials which is awesome and Ive never been dissapointed. Nice big parking lot so there is no need to worry about parking and there are plenty of other businesses in the same strip mall so maybe you can get more than just dinner and drinks done while there. I know you will enjoy so head over and order almost anything that sounds good off the menu and just enjoy time with some old and possibly new friends at this place!

Dont come here on a Sunday. Apparently it is a new thing to the managers/staff that NFL games draw a lot of customers. After being seated my wife and I waited for over ten minutes for the server to take drink orders. Then we were handed off to another waitress who eventually took our food order. Forty-five minutes after we ordered, in which time we saw our waitress once, our appetizers and entrees were rapid-fire delivered. Then we had to wait another fifteen minutes for the waitress to come back and get us the toppings for my wifes burger that was missing. At this point we gave up on actually having a nice dinner together and just tried to enjoy the food. All in all: Food- 4 stars Service- 0 stars

Pretty horrible customer service. Called literally at 5:39 pm on Sunday February 5 which also happened to be Super Bowl Sunday. No lets keep in mind its called library pub which serves alcohol and has probably 20 tvs on the walls in the establishment. Is assume they are probably going to bepretty busy today but oh wait they told me they were closed. I asked them again wait what you closed? They said yeah were closed. By the obnoxious background noise they sure didnt sound closed. Overall rude and probably untrue customer service. I will not go back to this location you have lost a customer who frequents your business regularly. Your loss not mine

The owner + management plays it cool , but they dont care about anyone here. Not you, your friends, or even most of their employees. Basically just "give me your money, eat your greasy food, and get heck out" kind of mentality with customers. Ive seen 2 waitresses get sexually groped by customers that were drinking here, while management didnt care to do anything about it. As long as youre a paying customer here, apparently feel free to grope. The other location in West Bloomfield is nothing like this pile of filth in Novi. Food is also god awful at the Novi location.

Really nice sports bar. We live in Novi and love it to enjoy the Friday or Saturday evening there. Super friendly staff. And best wings ever (I recommend the sweet heat sauce). But we also tried every kind of food there like burgers, salads, tacos, pizza, Quesadillas, soups, cheese bread, steaks... Everything was awesome! :) lot of tvs to watch sport. Cool place to have a nice evening with good beer, cocktails and food!

Im a "regular" at The Libray Sports Pub and love the atmosphere there. I walk in and most of the wait staff and bartenders already know what I want to drink, I feel like Norm from Cheers hahahah. How can you beat $1.95 pints??? Food is great, and now that smoking is no longer allowed in bars the Pub feels just like home to me. I highly recommend it...although my wife doe not, as I spend way too much time there :)

The new location is big! The patio is a great spot when the weather is nice but I do miss the previous location a bit. I enjoy most of the food at The Library. The most recent time I was there I ordered pizza and it didnt have much sauce. Im a pizza sauce person though, so next time Ill just ask for extra to dip! The chicken Caesar salad is great and the wait staff is friendly.

I actually eat here often. The menu is nothing fancy. Its bar food with a few added entrees. The food, however, is executed very well and the prices are very reasonable. Pizzas, burgers, salads, sandwiches are all good and the food is consistent time after time. This place gives me no real reason to visit casual "chain" restaurants other than for a change of atmosphere.

Horrible service, sub par food. Not a professional establishment in the least. Waitresses are god aweful. You can thank the managers for that. Just go to their other location. They are a hundred times better. Never messed up a single thing even once for me, and are nothing but professional.

Meh, very slow service if you go in early but Im sure its prob still slow if u went during late dinner too. Saw a customer hunt down a server to find his server to get the check. Food was good, I got the atom burger which was awesome - please make the siratcha Mayo hotter ;)

Move to larger quarters and eventually having banquet space was a plus. Nicely shaded outdoor seating available Good selection of beers on tap. Sandwiches are great and although I have not had the pizza there it looked very good as it passed by.

Menu as good as always but it was so loud we were almost screaming at the waitress to order. New location kind of plain and lots of empty tables but had a long wait. I think I will visit the west Bloomfield location instead if I feel like nachos!

Not like the old Library Pub. After the first drink at the bar, we were never approached again for another beverage. After an hour instead of asking if we would like another the second bar tender asked us if we wanted our checks. Not going back.

I have only been here once, the service was slow and the food was okay. We did not sit at the bar, but I approached the bar to speak with the bar tender and he was a jerk. Not a good first experience, will never go back because of it.
