I came to luna pier to see old friends and was told about this bar and grill "the other place" my first visit was great, good hamburgers and food. But as the week progressed and we visited with friends and did karoke i found out that the service was very rude and we was told to clean up our mess as we moved the tables to accomodate our other guests. You would think with bringing in more business and money the bar would bend over backwards to please you, not in this place. We we even had a party there and brought in more business. Our tables was not cleaned up as a matter of fact we did our own tables taking empty bottles to the bar and continued to go to the bar to get drinks no bar maid to be found. So if i ever go back to luna pier i wont be going to "The Other Place" for a good time.

Be sure to see Veronica and follow her fav sandwich....The Pastrami. She will take great care of you and the sandwich is absolutely fantastic! None if this shaved pastrami....this is thick sliced and just so tender! This is a friendly place too. Im from Indiana and did not feel out if place at all.

It was a little questionable at first, but when game 7 of the nba finals came on the TV. It was all good. Typical small town bar with cheap drinks. LeBron James got bird man Respeck!!

I love this little bar, great staff and cheap booze. Pool table and friendly locals to hang out with. Great Juke box and darts. Trucker friendly close to both truckstops.
