***UPDATE 7-17-14*** They changed their menu and the way they prepare and cook their food. Took my family there on Tuesday (7/15) for the boneless wings and fries, absolutely awful! We asked our waitress what happened to the boneless wings and she said "we now make them fresh and hand dipped to order". Well the "cook" cuts up plain chicken breasts into small pieces and hand dips them in the same batter as they use for FISH and fries them. It was disgusting, my whole family was sick shortly after and the following day. Never going back again, which is a shame because it used to be so good. I am going to be 100% honest in this. I am a frequent diner here, I dont drink so I wont have the bar perspective. The best thing this place serves is their pizza. It is amazing! I strongly suggest it and they even have a personal pizza for $6-$7 with two toppings! Now this is a kinda hole-in-the-wall bar BUT I knew this bar before when it was a Chinese restaurant. It needs updating and to be honest they are updating in stages, they recently have put in new flooring in half the bar and I assume they will do the rest later on. They have repainted and its a work in progress. Not many business owners can buy a place and immediately redo the place. I love their food, their salads are delicious and breadsticks are amazing. I mainly come here for the freshly made stone oven pizza. They even offer chicago style pizza. Its definitely a nice break from chain store pizza. All in all, the service is great when we go, the food is great, and its a nice bar to go to.

Worse business practice ever, due to a accidental order we tried to cancel, they called back impersonating an officer so we could pay up or well be charged "Fradulant Charges". Called the police department and no such event occured, there was never an officer in the presence of the building. We are going after them and they will pay dearly. To all reading this review, avoid this business like the plague, and thank me later. And if youre reading this review Loon Lake Bar & Grill. You will be held accountable.

Placed my order with the most rudest person I have ever dealt with, after I had to teach her what was on her own menu, I figured okay its a bar it was loud/ busy only to come in and see there was four witnesses and only two tables in the place but yet had to wait ten minutes for my food on top of the twenty they said it would be. Then they wouldnt take my groupon coupon but yet I purchased that day so I know it is valid. First and last time I come here and I suggest you dont either.

This establishment has a great atmosphere and the service was good but I cant say the same about the food. You cant just throw sauce on some wings and call it a day. At least season the wings first before cooking it. Im also disappointed that they didnt have everything in the menu. Loon Lake, it was nice to meet you but I have to move on.

Nothing to do, smelly, decent service, decent daily specials. Overall wouldnt go back. If they had better ventilation and possibly a pool table/foosball. I would consider giving it another shot. Little side note, the waitresses are scuzzy.

I dont think it gets much worse than this place! Very trashy! Definitely a hole in the wall. They havent even been open for a year and the did such a poor job putting the place together that its already falling apart.

My burger was served raw. Like supermarket raw dripping red juice. I ordered it medium. Even waitress turned her nose up at it. I didnt wait for a new burger. I left

Nice bar. But the food was gross. Dont get the wings with the sauce on the side. They dont season the chicken. Waitress told me that herself.
