Terrible service and at 7:20 am I was the only person in the huge bar area. I only wanted grapefruit juice, eggs, bacon and toast! 20 minutes later, after watching the cook screw around all that time, I said to cancel it if the are too busy! 5 minutes later he had prepared my food but it took 10 minutes more to find the person to get the freaking check!! The food was decent but expect to spend hours waiting if there are more than 3 people there. As an aside, a few minutes into eating my meal a woman from the kitchen (hair net, apron, etc.) sat next to me at the bar (even though there were more than a dozen seats available - 2 to my left and 6 to my right) and showed my backpack nearly off of the slave next to me so she could put "Crave" labels on the little plastic to go boxes!! She was pissed that I wouldnt move over so she could use the seating area that I (a paying - or at least trying to be a paying customer) was sitting at. Service had slid downhill almost everywhere but this is ridiculous!

A warm greeting from the hostess definitely set the tone for my visit to this airport eatery. With power outlets situated at most of the seating areas (including the bar) the always connected business traveler will find a great pairing. Flatscreen TVs sit just above the bar featuring sports channels. The menu, light on options, makes for quick and easy selections of food that well prepared. Lettuce wraps, paninis and meats on sticks are just a few of the options. Full bar available.

The service here was awful. A full staff hanging around joking with each other and in more than ten minutes, no one came over to give me a menu or acknowledge my presence in anyway. And, I saw people look my way and make contact, but they clearly didnt want to be bothered to serve me on Sunday. If that is how they treat customers, I can only guess what the food is like. I walked over to the Shed Bar, next door, and they treated me very well right away..

Loved the bar staff - Lisa was efficient, friendly, and professional! However... Kelli should be let go. She ignored several customers (2 walked out) and was overall condescending, patronizing, and lazy. Managers / owners of this place should monitor the service you are selling - there are Several other options for a $10 beer in the airport....

Even though the place was remodeled a few months ago, its still a greasy spoon - amazing really. Food is either under cooked, over cooked, or fried. The mass of fruit flies hanging around the bar is a tell that the the drains and sinks are not well washed. Stick to bottled items. On the positive side, there are plenty of power outlets :/

I sat down at a table instead of the bar. Bar was wrapped. A very nice waitress came and took my order. Apparently the bar tender was too busy BS ing at the bar and would not help the waitress with my order. I thought the waitress was going to cry. If Lisa is tending bar, I would go somewhere else.

The pregnant bartender LISA was very rude and didnt get tipped and called the people at the bar CHEAP MOTHERFU**ERS... worst place to get a drink before a flight. Management didnt do anything and saw how she was treating the guest. The owner of that establishment should do something about it.

Inattentive wait staff. No one at front to seat you and no sign saying seat yourself. Multiple tables had cleared dishes but were quite dirty. Sat at a reasonably clean table and left after no one stopped by after a few minutes. Plenty of other options with seemingly better staff.

For an airport bar it was quite nice. The bartender very friendly and attentive, the beer cold and the fries crispy. Sucked they were out of their Tofu Tempura which I wanted to try, but what are you gonna do - Im sure its a very popular dish ;)

Lots of power outlets, quick service and reasonable prices for an airport. Cant comment on the quality of their other food, but the burgers they serve are very nice.

3.5 to 4 - Service is slow, food was right on time tho and very tasty!!!!! All Sandwiches are served with parmesan fries that are crispy, hot and chessy.

Yes, its just an airport restaurant but their Mango salad is really good!
