Lets begin with location: It is tucked away in a location that would be hard to find if you didn’t know it was there. Vibe: There seemed to be plenty of seating, even for busier times. There was an area for what Id assume would be live music and/or poetry readings, etc. BUT there were rules posted on the tables (no outside food or drinks & no Internet w/o purchase). By the way, the Wi-Fi password we were given was wrong! One very positive small touch was the availability of electrical outlets for plugging in devices (at every table, I believe). Coffee: I didnt understand charging $1 for a refill of brewed coffee. Really? Smh Worst of all, the latte that I ordered was lukewarm. Ugh. This wasnt the "great coffee" other reviewers raved about. Service: We visited about 8:00 on a Monday morning, and the place was dead. One other customer was there during our hour-long visit. Maybe, just maybe, this lack of business contributed to our baristas apathy; however, Id think it should go the other way -- almost going over the top with excitement that someone was visiting this establishment. Our barista certainly didnt look happy we were there. I walked away very disappointed. Had to brew my own cup at home to get a steaming hot cup of coffee.

Came across this establishment a couple of months ago tucked away in a neighborhood/industrial area of Muskegon (the scenery as you near the cafe will have you asking yourself whether or not Google Maps was way off base locating it until the hand-made signs re-assure you youre going the right way). Quaint, laid-back atmosphere with lots of drinks and several food items on the menu. The fifth star was not given based on the double-shot cappuccino I ordered: either it was extracted for too long or grind setting too fine (or both), but the drink was so bitter/pungent that any/all flavor was completely overpowered (I cant even imagine what a regular 2-shot espresso would have tasted like). Looking forward to my next visit to see if this issue has been remedied!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service there. Walking in it almost felt like a morgue. No music, no one to greet you. The energy was very stale. When we approached the counter, a worker had their back turned to us. She noticed us, but didnt care to acknowledge us whats so ever. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The prices are very high as well, and not much is offered there. I will no longer spend money here, since this wasnt the first time I experienced this, as well as other people I know. In my years of customer service, I was always taught to acknowledge customers as they walk in the building. This doesnt seem to be the case for this business, and with that they have the possibility of losing business. And the coffee wasnt great, either.

Awesome retro industrial atmosphere and pretty good coffee. Made a super fun place to visit and it appeared to be the only decent coffee shop in the area, so Im sure wed go back. Really, the interior design made it a fun place to hang out and look around and the coffee didnt make me regret the choice (it also wasnt anything to write home about). If you are in the area, Id definitely recommend checking it out, but it can be a little hard to find unless you are looking for it (located in a small corner of a large old factory looking building).

Quiet coffee shop off the beaten path in downtown muskegon. Good choices of espresso drinks and coffee while also having a small food menu as well. Outlets hanging from the ceiling offer power to your devices and free wifi to boot. Loved this place and its modern atmosphere; l would be more than happy to stop in again for another dirty chai!

I had a latte which was very good and a good price. The interior is great; it is very clean (bathrooms too), lots of seating, it appears new inside, and theres even retractable power strips hanging from the ceiling for charging devices.

Its a nice place to have a coffee but the rules for ordering and eating are crazy. they have rules and regulations on the table. I didnt get a good and happy vibe. Its got a damn good CUP of coffee tho.

Very welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a 16oz brewed coffee and it was balanced yet bold (obviously, with Mad Cap beans). Coffee was served very hot. Would recommend this place!
